late Thompson Liu, grand-father to the current owner
Martin Liu. Past down from generation to generation, from father to son and

Hereford providers, here at The Poll Hereford Stock Ranch of Australia our
aim is to keep giving and servicing the needs of the public. We do this by encouraging Sales and Shows to
foster the growth in reputation of Poll Herefords, as well as liaising with the
Australian Poll Hereford Society and other industry bodies to work on the
promotion of the whole beef industry. Known
for the best quality cattle in the district we try and aim for expanding our
name to others, state wide, Australia wide and globally. Notably we are one
