Elk mountain is by far the best mountain to board or ski in Pennsylvania.
It is far enough North to receive a good amount of fresh powder each year, but close enough that a trip will not empty your wallet.
Great trails, beautiful scenery, and nice people... it's perfect
Bear Creek mountain is my second place mountain.
It is closer and cheaper then Elk Mountain, but you get what you pay for.
The trails are nice, but Bear Creek is known to get little crowded.
This can be a little to much, especially on the weekends.
Blue Mountain holds the last place on my list.
Significantly closer then both Elk and Bear Creek, it is the most crowded of the three Mountains.
This was the mountain that I learned to snowboard on.
If it was not for the sentimental value, this mountain might not have made it to my website.
