Who: Trans Continental Records, MTV Productions, ABC Television Network and Bunim-Murray Productions.

What: ABC and MTV, for the first time ever, are partnering resources for

a prime-time network television series. In conjunction with Trans

Continental Records, the force behind Backstreet Boys, 'NSYNC, LFO

and Bunim-Murray, producers of "Real World" and "Road Rules," the

series will document the real-life creation of a culturally diverse

pop music group.

The requirements to audition are simple:

* Male, above the age of 18, as of November 1, 1999

* Have the ability to sing and dance

* Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or otherwise legally able

to work in the U.S. (bring your I.D. and a recent photo!)

* Have a high school diploma or equivalent

* Be willing to relocate to Orlando, FL

To increase your chances, bring us a 5 minute VHS of your finest

musical performance. If we can, we'll take a look at it later.

if you're a guy over 18 and willing to relocate to Orlando FL,

Trans Continental Records (TCR), in association with MTV

Productions and ABC Television Network, might give you a chance to

prove it. They are forming a culturally diverse band for a new

prime-time television series giving a behind-the-scenes look at the

formation and nurturing of a male pop band. If you are chosen,

vocal coaches, choreographers, stylists, writers, producers and

publicists will have at you as we determine who will be the final

band members.
