apartment and we were screaming. Everyone is going to see it because the cameras caught it for the second season of "Making the Band."

Dish Diva :
Speaking of the new house. . .KJ says: Hi Guys. What is the new house like? Can you tell us about it?

Erik :
The new house is awesome. I don't want to spoil the surprise, but when you open the front of our house it goes into a courtyard where there's a pool and the rest of the house surrounds the pool.

Dish Diva :
CharlotteLuvzOTown Says: Hey Guys! The video is so tight! What was the funniest thing that happened while making it? I luv you so much!! LD rulz!

Dan :
I'm allowed to say this because I experienced similar pain. (laughs) We did the first day of video in 3 inches of water and we were dancing and Erik jumped up and just hit the water really hard. And probably the best sprawled out water splash anyone could have. (laughs) We all had a hardy laugh from it.

Dish Diva :

Ashley :
The first season everyone was worried who would make it and be in the band. The second season... everyone wonders what it would be like to be a rock star, be on the road, do autograph signings, it's going to be a lot more about the music industry and also how it effects our personal lives and all the personal drama that goes on.

Dish Diva :
Bec_04 Says: Was it weird seeing yourself on television when making the band first aired?

Jacob :
It was weird because it was like watching a home video and I don't think it clicked at first that the rest of the country was watching with us, until we started seeing people on the street. So at first it was awkward.

Dish Diva :

Tell us more about Making the Fan contest.

O-Town :
"Making the Fan" is a contest where the winner gets roundtrip tickets to the Bahamas and sees us in concert. It's basically for us to find out biggest fan and let them audition like we did.

Dish Diva :
otown_chicky Says: What do you guys do before getting ready to perform? luv ya!

Trevor :
Before we perform we try to have a half hour to ourselves where we warm up our vocals, sing some a capella, and get focused, say a prayer, do our O-Town chant and we go onstage.

Dish Diva :
o_town_angel_4_eva Says: : I wanna ask how the boys' life has changed and was this what they expected that this would be?

Ashley :
It's everything we expected and more. When we auditioned we had no idea this is where it would take us. We signed with Clive Davis and have a show that is around the world. We want to make the most of every day to bring O-Town where we see it.

Dish Diva :
KERRI1980ANN Says: Will "You Bring me Under" on the album? I hope so. That's the best song!

Jacob :
Yes it will be on the album, but it's called "Take Me Under."

Dish Diva :
I know you guys are in New York City. What are you doing after this chat?

Trevor :
After this chat we're heading to a record store and we're going to buy our single which hits stores today. All you people out there watching the chat, you should do the same thing, after the chat of course.

Dish Diva :

Ashley :
We don't know what our second single will be yet. Right now our record is being finalized and after that we'll know what the next single will be.

Dish Diva :

San Diego!

Erik :
New York City!!

Ashley :
I think mine's New York City too.

Dan :
San Diego too, but we haven't been to Ohio yet. (laughs)

Ok, so I have to ask, what happened in San Diego? (laughs)

O-Town :
It just has everything! It's near the beach and it's Jacob's home, the weather is great.

Dish Diva :
libsmarie81 Says: Today is the day your first single ever was released - have you been thinking about it all day? What has been going through your head on a historic day in the history of O-Town like today?

O-Town :
How long the flight was. (laugh!)

Erik :
We realize everything a week or month after everything happens. We didn't realize we were picked for the band until the show was on, we kind of have that delay factor

Ashley :
I think it will be great to go to the store tonight and see our record, for me that will be the big realization.

Dish Diva :
cyberangel49 Says: Who's idea was it to do your video on "Liquid Dreams"? love Mara biggest fan. Erik I love you!

Ashley :
From what I understand, they had the concept of the video when writing the song. The song is about a liquid morphing girl and they actually wrote that concept into the song.

Dish Diva :
KwajDej Says: Since being in O-town what is the coolest thing you've done?

Trevor :
The coolest thing was being on TRL.

Jacob :
For me it was putting music together and talking it over with Clive Davis.

Erik :
I'd have to go the same, just talking with Clive Davis.

Ashley :
Performing at the Apollo Theatre because of the history there.

Dan :
Just 2 nights ago when we performed at the Sacramento concert where it was sold out and that was a really cool experience for us.

Dish Diva :
HIPCHICK2000 Says: What was the hardest obstacle you all have faced in this career?

O-Town :
Loneliness on the road.

Dan :
We don't get to see our friends and family for long periods of time and that's the hardest thing about this whole situation.

Ashley :
I think the hardest things have been trying to live up to people's expectations in 1/7th of the time everyone else has. Just a condensed period of time. Everything has happened to us so fast, we were on TV before we were even picked as a group and we had to get so good so fast.

Dish Diva :
Edleen4 says:Hey O-town . In your last msn interviews Trevor said that he was gonna set up an address for the fans to write to him at. Has he done that yet and what is the address?

Ashley :
At O-Town.com they're setting up right now separate e-mail address to who the fans want to write into, either just one of us or all of us and that should be happening in the next couple of weeks.

O-Town :
I think the big pet peeves is if one of us is upset, we make sure we leave each other alone. With how much we travel and are around each other, we need lone time.

We're a lot of things together, performers, business partners, and more and it hasn't hurt our friendship at all.

O-Town :
Of course! Every waking minute of the day.

O-Town :
We wrote all of them actually. . .

O-Town :
(laughs) Kidding!

Ashley :
We submitted a couple of songs we had submitted and the hard thing was Clive Davis wanted to make our album the BEST so he pulled out all the stops and it was hard to get our stuff on the first album.

Erik :
We're all deep thinkers and continue to write songs and grow in that aspect.

Dish Diva :

O-Town :
Buying O-Town's single in the store right now. (laughs)

Jacob :
I would probably be in a garage somewhere just like I was before.

Dan :
I would be in college in the class Voice and Movement for the Stage

O-Town :
Rosie loves Jacob Underwood to death, she's my biggest fan.

O-Town :
We don't really fight very much.

O-Town :
Erik does not have any children whatsoever.

Erik :
No, for the most part, what we do is very difficult with the traveling and everything, but we're very happy people and proud of each other and happy for this opportunity. When people see smiles on our faces it's genuine, we love to meet the fans. If there's a time we don't have a smile on, it's not because we don't want to meet the fans, it's more likely that we are just so bogged down, we don't remember to.

O-Town :
Every day!

Erik :
Especially times like when we're on TRL and today when we go to the store and buy our single and do online chats, those are times we just sit back and take a deep breath and thank God for everything he's blessed us with.

O-Town :
None whatsoever!

Erik :

SanDiegoSummer01 Says: Jacob, everyone knows about your Michael Jackson obsession, how much stuff do you actually have?

O-Town :
I have about 30 albums and vinyls from "Ripples and Waves Plus Michael" and some meaningful stuff for me like one of his hats. Mostly just records, vinyls, and videotapes of performances.

Dish Diva :

Jacob :
I collect Michael Jackson.

Erik :
I used to collect comic books and action figures but I don't get around to doing it anymore.

Ashley :
It was a blast and it was the second time we were in front of a group that large was amazing! We can't wait to do that again.

Erik :
And the way the fans received us, it was such a warm feeling and I want to thank all the fans for that.

Trevor :
Every airport we land in I buy a t-shirt from that city.

We just try to do different stuff with the music. We try and be ourselves. We're going to be labeled a boy band because there's 5 guys.

We just have a very diverse album and I think people will see how we set ourselves apart.

O-Town :
Probably every 4 or 5 months. We get 2 days for Christmas, thanks Santa!

We don't know yet, more than likely.

Are you guys playing on New Year's Eve?

O-Town :
Yeah we are, at Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve.

Dish Diva :

I did a couple only because I felt bad because I missed some birthdays because I haven't had time to put their birthday presents in the mail. And I was at the mall and thought I'd kill some Christmas shopping.

We're on the road and there's no room in our bags. (Laugh)

We all turn to each other, we're all close. It's not like one of us is closer than the other. Like Trevor and Dan show similarities, Jacob and Ashley do too, there's always there for someone to talk to. We go to each and everyone of us for help.

Karyn_s_ Says: What's a typical day like?

O-Town :
Wake up early, go to the airport, get on a flight, usually it's delayed or one of our bags is lost. Then we land, go straight to a venue, perform, do some meet-n-greets, then go back to the hotel and go to sleep, then wake up and do it all again.

O-Town :
We're doing a bunch of radio arena concert shows.
