“What was that?” Nick thought to himself.
He kept trying to figure out what happened between them. When she fell into his arms and he smelled her hair. Her wonderfully perfumed hair. But wait, he was getting off track. He finally realized what it was. They are best friends. There has to be some chemistry there to be such good friends. Also, she’s seen him naked. That kind of intimacy must have sparked something. He knew he should forget what happened but then he thought about her perfumed neck and the way her gorgeous hazel eyes looked into his blue ones. He thought about it but then decided that she might not feel the same way. He pushed it out of his mind and went to bed.
