All of them were at dinner, and it was karaoke night there.

Julia stuck out her hand and shook Gabby's, then went up to the guy who was running it. They talked quietly for a few minutes before he walked over to the microphone and tapped it twice.
"Everyone listen up! This beautiful, young lady to my right is going to sing a song, and it's dedicated to someone special." the man said.
Everyone at her table eyed Julia and wondered who the special person was. She walked up to the mic and the music began.
