All of them got off the plane and went to baggage claim. They got in a van that was waiting for them and they drove off to the hotel. When they went to check in, Kevin came back looking confused.
"Alright, there is five rooms. One with one twin bed -" Kevin started.
"I'll take that, since I am going solo." Howie said grabbing the key and walking off.
"Okay, there is four rooms now. Two with two full size beds, and two with one king. Emily and me can take one of the kind beds, why don't Brooke and Brian take the other." Kevin said handing off keys.
"AJ and Nick can share a room, and Gabby and Julia will share the other." Kevin suggested.
"I'm not staying with Nick or Gabby." AJ said.
"I know AJ doesn't want to stay with me, but I don't want to drag down Julia and Nick. They can stay together." Gabby said grabbing a key, "Don't worry, you won't even notice I'm there."
AJ gritted his teeth and grabbed the other key.
So they all went to the fifth floor of the hotel and headed to their rooms.
Julia went into the room and Nick followed behind her. The door shut and Julia dropped her bags, turning around to kiss Nick longingly.
"I have been waiting for this for hours." Nick murmured in between a kiss.
Julia finally pulled back, "I thought I would be staying with Gabby."
Nick nodded and went over and locked the door. He turned around, "You know just so know one walks in on us kissing."
Julia gave him a whatever-you-say look.
"Get over here." she said pulling him into a long kiss.
Brooke and Brian walked into their room and placed their bags down.
"From what I've seen, Hawaii is beautiful." Brooke cooed, stepping out onto the balcony.
Brian placed his hands on her sides and turned her around.
"Even with meetings or recordings, I'm going to make this one of the best weeks of your life." Brian said kissing her forehead lightly.
Kevin and Emily got into their room and Emily went to go brush her teeth. When she came out of the bathroom, Kevin kissed her cheek softly.
"Everything okay? You seem kind of vacant." he commented.
Emily kissed his lips lightly.
"Everything's fine." she said with a fake smile.
Howie got in his room and laid down on his bed. From what was going on with his friends relationships, he was happy he was single. Who needs all the confusion?
Gabby reluctantly placed her bag down on the bed near the bathroom. AJ walked out of the bathroom with a stern face.
"Look, if we have to room together, let's get one thing straight. Nick invited you, not me. So don't bother with small talk or anything." he said cruelly. Gabby swallowed hard and nodded.
"I'm sorry." she said meekly.
For a second AJ softened, and felt horrible for how he was acting. Then he remembered she cheated on him. AJ didn't say anything he just turned and left the room. Gabby sighed and sat down on the bed weakly. How could so much hate be between two people who loved each other so much?
