''Where's Nick?'' Hayley chimed in.
She always got nervous talking about him when he wasn't there, fearing someone would catch on to her crush. She caught Howie looking at her out of the corner of her eye. She looked towards him and he laughed, he was the only one who knew about her crush on Nick. She gave him a glaring look, and he stopped laughing abruptly. Brian looked a little confused by what happened then looked towards Hayley.
''He'll be here soon, he couldn't get ready on time.'' Brian said.
Just as he was saying it, they heard a car pull up to them and park.
''Speak of the devil'' Kevin joked.
''Funny, funny, funny'' Nick said.
''Hey guys, how are ya?'' he said to Hayley and Emma.
''Good'', they both said.
Nick glanced at Hayley and she casually looked in the other direction.
''You are so weird sometimes ya know that?''
He put put his arm across her shoulders, and started walking towards the entrance with her. The rest of the friends followed.
