"What? What?" she yelled getting out of her bed.
She opened the door and Nick was standing there with coffee and muffins.
"Oh Nicky, that's so sweet!" she said and kissed him on the cheek.
She ran into her bathroom to freshen up, so she didn't look horrible in front of Nick. She brushed her teeth and hair, and sprayed a squirt of body spray on. As she walked out of the bathroom, Anna and Brian were just walking in.
"Hey." she said grabbing a muffin and sitting down.
They both said hello back to her.
"So Anna have you talked to Ke-" Leigh said before Nick jumped up and smashed his lips on Leigh's to cause her to stop talking. She pulled back from him.
"Rude much?" she yelled.
He pulled her out of her seat.
"I forgot to ask you something." he said and pulled her outside of her room.
Leigh let out an annoyed groan.
"What was that about?" she said after he closed the door.
"Last night, Brian told me he wanted to talk to me." Nick started but Leigh interrupted him.
"Wow, imagine the odds." she said making a face at the dumb conversation.
Nick rolled his eyes and continued on.
"So we started talking and he asked me if I liked a girl, but I wasn't sure she liked me and I thought she liked someone else, what would I do? So I said how I was in that position before." Nick said smirking at her.
Leigh just smiled.
"So I told him I would tell her how I feel and find out if she liked someone else. Then I asked him who we were talking about. and he told me it was Anna! So I figured that, the other night when you were asking about Kevin, Brian likes Anna and Anna likes Kevin. So for Brian's sake, until this has worked out, don't say anything about Anna liking Kev, in front of Brian." Nick said.
"I won't. I think that Brian should tell her how he feels. Anna just needs to realize that she likes him." Leigh replied.
Nick smirked, "Kind of like you did?"
Leigh giggled and they walked back in.
"Sorry. Nick wanted to see if I could go out with him one night this week." Leigh lied.
Brian just looked at them skeptically.
"Can I have a sip of your coffee?" Anna asked Leigh.
"Yeah, it's over there." Leigh said pointing to the desk next to Brian.
Anna got up and leaned over Brian to grab the coffee. He shifted uncomfortably and acted nervous. Anna noticed and stood up.
"Brian, are you okay?" she asked looking down at him.
"Yeah, a little off, but I'll be fine." he said truthfully.
"You wanna talk?" Anna said, now worried about her friend.
"No, everything will be fine." Brian said smiling.
Anna smiled at him. But she didn't believe him.
"I'll be back, I have to use the little ladies room." Anna said walking out of the room.
Brian took a deep breath.
"I don't know what's wrong with me! We've been friends for years but now I can hardly sit still around her." Brian said angry at himself.
"Leigh, you probably know from Nick, but I like Anna. Out of nowhere...but I feel like she likes somebody else. Your her best friend...I mean, does she?" he said, scared of the answer.
"She knows you are the right one for her inside. You need to just make her realize it." Leigh said speaking truthfully.
Brian was quiet for a minute.
"I have the perfect place to tell her..." he said suddenly.
Leigh was about to ask where, when Anna walked back in and sat down.
