For what I’m doing, I use photoshop but paintshop and MS paint will work all the same. I’m surprised that I get asked this question a lot because it’s so EASY.

Lets start with a simple picture:

The crop button is in blue. If you have it, I sugust you use it. The selct button is in red, it’s for all who uses MS paint. The crop works in the same way but you can turn it and resize it…

This is your finish product. You could do it in any size you want.
