BEC! finally a like minded person! yes, i prefer the flap from the front. thankyou i thought i was alone in the world! but it was N who actually commented about the $11mil not i.

onto to other news:
had lunch with carol today. it went quite well considering. hopefully she will visit our home here, if she can get access on net.
she's a busy bee these days with study and work work work, even on weekends! i must say (my bank account being almost empty) im quite envious.

embarrassing event of the week
i dont know if its the pollen count or what but my nose has been running all day today. anyway whilst waiting with carol at the bus stop i proceeded to blow my nose on a tissue. unbeknownst to me the tissue was quite inadequate and i was treating the public to an impressive performance of... well lets just say there was nasal discharge involved. but thank goodness that no one in the audience was hit!

Hey guys!! Yeah, about the picnic...is it this Saturday? I'm hoping it is cause I can come on Saturday but not on Friday. I said this in one of the replies to T's blogs (I think) cause I have exams pretty much from 930 in the morning to 5 in the evening so I wouldn't be able to come but Saturday!!! Yeeaahhhh!!!!! Let's set up a meet and greet time and place...meet at the park or at the station???....ok if it's at Balmoral Park...can someone please err.. tell me where that is lol....god when I read it was in Blacktown I was like "really???!" ..I only know alpha park so I had a feeling lame moment cause it sounds mega close.

11 million for the farmers is fantastic but as Therese said, it isn't enough. It sounds like a lot but there are a lot of farmers and their bills right now are so huge so the money stretches thinly. But there are so many other ways Australia can help! When I read about people watering their driveway and washing their cars with hoses, I was so friggin' mad at their ignorance. They hear about the drought, they read about it but cause it isn't happening to them, it seems so easy to just shut it out and do selfish things like clearing their driveway with a hose....there are tools now where you can clear the driveway with a blower...why can't they get one of those? Or become a little less lazy and use a broom? And the car wash thing..people should be doing the bucket thing now. I don't think people realise just what they are taking for granted.

Nothing much happening in B world right now. I have the two exams this week so I am cramming and I haven't been doing much else. ...I read your thing about the toilet paper having to be a certain way Therese....I do that too! Which way do you have it? I have it with the paper coming down from the front, Justin always has it from the paper coming up from the bottom and I just can't stand it and have to switch it over.

Hehe I like all those dots...looks a bit like cyber debris! Now our "blog home" looks really lived in!! hehe ....oh my god yes! All those things mothers say about not being in a cab alone are so true! I used to take cabs a lot when I was living in Seven Hills and they are the worst there! One guy was asking me straight out about my sex life and I mean really intimate details here! And get this V! We know him!...kinda....remember Karen from the bus group? She said she had an uncle who was a cabbie ... that is him! He is an absolute sleaze! And then when I took a cab from there last month, this guy was hitting on me trying to find out exactly where I lived! For some reason, I am compulsive in saying that I live in Kogarah when that happens. I don't even know where that is but it sounds very far away so yeah. I wanted to get a mace thing but I don't know where to get one ... I was thinking of doing that thing from Seinfeld where Elaine sprays deodorant in the guy's face but I only have roll-ons that small and I don't think I could efficiently roll on deodorant on his eyes and then run away.

I might leave it here for now guys! I'll be back!!! But yeah! Let's plan this picnic thing so we're all clear and cool! And I am gonna tattoo the memo of bringing a camera on my forehead!!!!

Luv ya all....... B

3. Do you have an instant messenger program? How many? Why/why not? How often do you use it?

over $11millon raised so far for the farmers... yey! but thats not enough!

Happy Saturday evening,

I totally agree wih what T said...... about the guy hosing his driveaway. I saw the same thing yesterday. Actually, it was a guy washing his car in the middle of the day, on concrete. I helped with the washing of a car last week sometime. We used very little water because it was a wipe on, wipe off thing. The only reason water was required was to rinse off the clothy. That water in the bucket was then poured onto the grass. So, it is not like a whole lot of water is needed to wash a car. But, if someone has to wash their car with the hose, they should do it on the grass and after sunset. I so wanted to yell at that guy yeaterday! Speaking of water, my uncle has very little water left. And, in Bowralee (I am not sure of the spelling. It is on the South Coast, 30km from Bateman's Bay) have water restrictions where they can only water their yards every second day (odd numbers one day, even post boxes on the other day), and only between 6pm and 8pm. I think that Sydney should have this restriction too. We will end up having restrictions. I think we should start as soon as possible so that everyone gets used to them.

Remember, day light savings time starts tonight. Wind your clocks forward an hour. This is not a problem for me coz I am asleep at 1am. But, for you night owls, you must take more note, esoecially if there is something on TV or something else at 2 or 3am.

I am free for the picnic whenever. Just tell me where and when, and I'll be there.

Okay, FRIDAY FIVES TIMES.....
1. Fave ways to relax and unwind? - Bathtub
2. What do you do when you get home? Take off my shoes, open the windows for fresh air, put on my boxer shorts, put on the radio.
3. Fave aromatherapeutic smells? - lavendar, green apple, strawberry.
4. Feel more relaxed hanging with a group of friends or hanging with yourself? - Usually by myself. When I go swimming, I'd rather be alone coz that way I don't think "what if x is bored?". When shopping, I sometimes want to be alone, and sometimes with other people.
5. Something you feel is relaxing but most people don't? - I'm with B - Grocery shopping. I love hetting the stuff. I also love junk mail. ======================
1. Are you good at keeping touch with people? - Depends on what is happening in my life and who it is. But, generally, I am not very good at it.
2. Which communication do you prefer/use? I prefer letters. But, SMS is my main form of communication, other than face-to-face talking, obviously.
3. Do you have an instant messenger program? Yahoo and ICQ and MSN, but I dont like MSN.
4. Do most of your close friends live nearby or far away? - closish, I guess.... although it takes me a long time to get to Teri Sob!
5. Are u an 'out of sight, out of mind' or a "absence makes the heart grow fonder" person? - "Out of sight, out of mind".... On the "absence makes the hear grow fonder" thing, I don't find that. I mean, when I part from people I am close to, that is when I miss them. But, after a while, I get on with my life and don't miss them so much. For example, when I'd come home from Portland, I would miss Wayne a lot in the first day. But, after that, I didnt so much.
======================
1. Fave subject at school? - french... didnt do much most of the time. But, I'd say Modern history in Yrs 11 and 12.
2. Fave teacher? - I shall comment on Mrs Alley - I will always be grateful to her for making B and I sit together. If it weren't for Mrs Alley, the four of us may never have become friends, and my life would have been very different. Yes, T, we were forced to sit together as well, but B influenced my life in a way that nobody else ever has. Don't be hurt by that! I love you too Teri!!!!!! My fave teacher? Ummm.... I dont know....
3. Fave memory of school? - Yrs 11 and 12... the two years were incredible.
4. Face recess game? Wasn't a game, but B, Cathy and I laughing and hitting our heads...
5. What did you hate about school? - Oral presentations, and being made to feel stupid in Relad English in Yr 11.
========================
1. Biggest pet peeve and why? - people who don't move. You know when you're walking and there are slow people in front of you and they just wont let you overtake..... And taps dripping.
2. Irritating habits you have? - I can be selfish. Nailbiting.
3. Tried to change these habits? - Telling people to tell me when I annoy them. And my nails are growing...
4. What grosses you out more than anything? - my father's hair in the sink... and the way he walks around without pants.... eww!
5. One thing you see others do that you won't? Backstab, lie and cheat.... I just couldnt do it.

As I was doing these questions I began thinking about a questionaire thing by a girl at TAFE. She has 270 questions to answer! As you know, I love to answer questions. But, 270 is just too many! I was answering some of them and was thinking "this is pretty personal stuff". I dont think I will answer them all.

Thaks for the luck B. Muchly appreciated!

Love V.....

goodmorning all! actually i havnt been to bed yet.

so good to read from everyone this week! wow!
on the subject of not going to bed yet, ive become somewhat of a night owl. thanks mostly to my new habit of watching the graveyard shift programs on TV. you know, the ones that dont start till just before midnight? An example of this is Roswell. i already know what happens coz i couldnt resist looking up the website, but its the last season so i have to watch it before it disappears into TV limbo. dont u just hate how TV shows that dont get high ratings (but do have good fan base) get shoved off into TV limbo? they never do re-runs or it gets put on cable and shoot i dont hav cable! (eg. FARSCAPE, despite the show being so popular enough to hav its own magazine publication, it is now on cable and that so annoys me!
I've also discovered quirky little show called Freaky Links, didnt like it at first but it grew on me. And i found this GEM of a show called THE GARRY and MIKE SHOW on thursdays 1.30am

While im sort of on the subject of things that annoy me, i saw a guy hosing down his driveway and sidewalk today. i thought to myself in what parallel universe does this guy think he his! i mean we are in a friggin drought, animals and crops and peoples livelihoods are dying because of lack of water and he is watering the concrete!!! and not only that but this drought means we are gonna have those bushfires for sure and we need the water for that.

Bec, about your loyalty issue. i dont know if it was rhetorical or if u wanted us to comment and i thought i might as well. If u feel really strongly about it then dont feel pressured to take full responsibility of this person. im not saying to turn your back on them, just that perhaps there are other sources of support out there and all the responibility should not be carried by you if you do not feel it. get me?
On the matter of the crazed taxi driver B had. thats why i dont like to take taxis by myself, id rather take the last running bus. although if i knew that there were drunken yobbos on the street of my bus stop then i would take the taxi.
And about HANNIBAL, it was a BRAIN he fried then he fed it to the owner of that piece of brain! harhar! sorry, i am repulsed but also strangely delight in all things gruesome.

Ness, yep thats a good shop Bec suggested. try also the lotto/newsagent/card shop on the 3rd level at the carpark exit near grace bros and that sport shop. just dont make the same mistake i did. if its a christening then make sure ur present dont say baptism and or vice versa.

goodnight folks.

Hey guys! I just had an a**hole day...aside from the fact that I saw cat and we had a really nice girl to girl chat but the rest of the day was so bad! I went to the travel agent to book the flights and I had just checked the website with the prices and I had the money and it was all good....I go down there half an hour later and the girl tells me the company just changed the prices and it ended up me being 100 bucks short hence I could not get the tickets....like what's that about?....a 50 dollar increase in the space of 30 mins...what a world. And then! I took a cab coming home cause it was really dark and I am normally cool about walking home but there were a lot of people out that were drunk so I just felt safer that way. Anyways, the taxi driver is driving me home and I am telling him where to go like which block to park at and he starts yelling at me saying that he can't believe I don't remember him cause apparently he drove me home a few times before and he was like "I know where you live! Why you ask me which block to stop at? I know where you live" and he drives right past my block and goes four blocks down and I am like "Hello? I live back there" but he is arguing with me saying he knows...like he knows better than me? It was so friggin' bizarre.

Ahh give it a week and I will laugh about it...by the way, the a**hole of the day award goes to the group of guys who kept going up and down the escalators trying to look down the Supre shop assistants' tops....they had a sale going on the bottom floor and you know how every Supre shop assistant seems to be a friggin' supermodel? ...well these guys were trying to sneek peeks down their boob tubes and were constantly going up and down the escalators and peering over.

FridayFives ..... ok my turn :)

1. Fave ways to relax and unwind? - listen to music and daydream or watch wrestling !
2. What do you do when you get home? Kick off my shoes and put on the TV as background noise
3. Fave aromatherapeutic smells? - peach napoli and lavender
4. Feel more relaxed hanging with a group of friends or hanging with yourself? - Depends. My closest friends, then bring it on! cause they relax me and make me laugh and all that good stuff but there are times when I am most relaxed by myself cause I can think without having to talk and can just wander around places and not worry about boring anyone's brains out.
5. Something you feel is relaxing but most people don't? - doing the grocery shopping.
======================
1. Are you good at keeping touch with people? - Not as good as I could and should be.
2. Which communication do you prefer/use? I use all but the phone...love bloging, letters and meeting up the most though.

4. Do most of your close friends live nearby or far away? - pretty close :)
5. Are u an 'out of sight, out of mind' or a "absence makes the heart grow fonder" person? - I am an out of sight etc person when it comes to people I don't like or are causing me crap but with people I care for, I am a "absence makes the heart...." person.
======================
1. Fave subject at school? - asian studies. I had the time of my life in that class, good people and a wacky weary teacher.
2. Fave teacher? - Mrs Ally from Year 3. She was a lot like my mum. Wacky and loved curry recipes.
3. Fave memory of school? - too many....bus group, 'seinfeld gang', anything to do with friends was fun.
4. Face recess game? Tips and bullrush cause I love being chased...
5. What did you hate about school? - the school 'caste' system, P.E (in high school not primary), speech presentations in front of the whole grade (argh!)
========================
1. Biggest pet peeve and why? - know-it-alls, cause in their case, they usually are wannabes who don't know a damn thing.
2. Irritating habits you have? - I'm pretentious and narcissitic. I go on and on about myself...sometimes I come off as aloof or snobby to new people
3. Tried to change these habits? - tried to lessen it but i think the pretentiousness is built in.
4. What grosses you out more than anything? - all things to do with vomit.
5. One thing you see others do that you won't? I am with A on this one, I will not smoke. I did for a short while but I didn't like it at all ...don't get it, don't like it. Plus I am scared s**tless of cancer so why risk it?

I love your Friday Fives Arvin! They do say a lot about each other! I am glad you're well!

Love ya all....

Hey guys! I missed V by about an hour! ...I am not sure if I can go to the birthday thing right now cause of the holiday coming up....it is been arranged really late and everything is all booked up from the 16th onwards cause of school holidays. The bad part is his holidays start right on the 9th so we might be leaving on the 9th...my idea is getting a later flight or whatever on the 9th so I can still make the lunch thing so I will keep you posted! I am sorry to be such a drag on it...November is set to be a busy month...while on holiday I gotta study for finals and then come back and go straight to my exam...not fun!

True! I haven't had that problem lately though with party invites but I do like getting it the "old way" with the paper with the date of when it is and rsvp blah blah. I like it over the e-mail thing cause, well....e-mail does come across impersonal. I had one guy inviting me to a party and I felt really flattered until I saw that he had sent the same e-mail to about 50 different other people and I saw all their names up on the "cc" part of the message. But as V said, this isn't against Therese cause her message was to the main bloggers here and so she blogged it and we got it. In that case, it was personal.

Stuff happening in B's world.....hmm ok I am having a loyalty issue right now. A person who was once very important in my life pushed me out and left me to fend for myself for a very long time. I got back on my feet eventually and now this person is harassing me and subtly saying "you owe me" because they are in debt having spent every cent they had by being well, dumb. This person now wants me to bail them out and is regularly asking for money. The new plan of theirs is for me to drop everything and leave the life I have built for myself and go back to theirs and pay for everything and do everything for them so that they can live for free. This person isn't looking at the fact that they pushed me out on the street when it pleased them and is planning for me to re-enter their life because it suits them...and all without asking me! So yeah..big loyalty issue. I think in the end I will just say 'enough is enough' and cut my losses and let them go for good......there is a longer story to this but like I said in my previous blog, I feel good so don't want to really think about it.

Hmm a Christening eh?....so you are looking for a present for the baby right? The Westpoint Card shop has a lot of Christening gifts but the prices are a bit on the high side.....geez this is hard to give advice to cause I know how important you see this event as being. Hmmmm.....there are a ton of things that say "baby's first christening"...there is a special soundtrack out there that is all classical music especially for babies to go to sleep to so that could be an idea...I understand your nerves and it is totally rational that you be scared as hell girl. You know these people will be your future in laws and I am guessing you have not met them as you said about 'first impressions'. It is a lot of pressure cause you are thinking of the stakes in the back of your mind but just be yourself...you could even make a mental list of witty things to say to help you along but I reckon you'll be fine. Good luck though!

Back for a moment to the impersonal Internet thing....I have noticed that I will get lots of joke e-mails from 'friends' I have not spoken to in ages yet regularly get these joke e-mails from. I find it so funny that people 'keep in contact' by just sending some joke e-mails and funny cartoons but never ever sending an e-mail with an actual message in it with a simple "Hi, how are you doing?" ... ok I think my beefs for the day is complete!

Love B

Hello all,

How do we make our blogs colored?

Very windy right now! I hope that it rains again tonight. I am thinking, though, that what i am seeing is not clouds of waer but clouds of dust and smoke. Actually, as I look out of the window it looks like rain clouds. It looks like the smoke has been blown away from the wind.

Teri, dont worry about our meeting in the lbrary. It is all good! I was kindda glad that I bumped into you, and not just coz you're such a lovely person to see. That girl i was with really annoys me. I was hoping that you would say that you'd have lunch with me just so that I could get away from her. I should have said that we need to talk about something in private. Der Ness! Always thinking of stuff too late.

I will be therefor your birthday thing. I find it sad that people do not send invitations out anymoe. This is NOT a criticism against Teri! It is just an observation. Since the Internet, people do not send out invitations or any other paper. I think that is much less personal. I remember that I was discussing this with Bec a while ago. Everyone sends out the same thing. I mean, we change the foont and add pictures and all. But, ultimately it is the same thing. It is not personal anymore. That is something that I find very sad.

Hey, what do you get people for a Christianing? I have no idea. And this present CAN NOT (now, did you know that apparently it can be spelt two ways- "cannot" and "can not"? This sounds really strange, but I find it fascinating! At schol we were always told it is "can not". But, there are two ways at spelling it, and they are used for different situations) suck because it is the first impression time with michael's (I will eventually write a blog without him in it. It is just that he is such a huge part of my life, and we are only new still) parents. This is sortta a scary thing for me. I dont know why I am making a big deal out of it. I guess that it is just nerves when meeting my future parents in law. Oh, there is a competition thing of Today FM, for those who do not listen to the station with the so-many-ads, with a lie detector. It is for engaged couples and the future parents-in-law ask some questions. The prize is the honeymoon paid for. I would love that! Unfortuanetly, I am not yet engaged. :(

Hey guys! Now firstly, HAPPY BIRTHDAY T !!!

I'm sorry to hear that your birthday wasn't such a crash hot day but I am really glad to hear that your friends surprised you like that and that you had a really good time with them. Playboy singlet!!! I have seen a pink one with a black background in Just Jeans that I have soo wanted for ages. I think they are classy and great looking tops....who would think women would be so cool about wearing clothes merchandised by a men's nudie mag?

I love your idea girl!!! Just the blog group! This will be an historic event! Ok...I'll cut the dramatics but I am excited at getting together with you fellow bloggers! And cameras are pre-requisites! We must capture this moment!..again and again and again....and then order reprints hehe. I think I will be free on the day you set for it...I am about 80% sure...it's cause Justin has holidays coming up and due to a very crappy year for both of us, we are planning a vacation that we can't really afford but are having anyway ... I will know for sure this week and will get right back to you on that! Ahhhh!!! So excited!

Ooohh So many mad postings to read! Hehe...So V is at it again about modern technology. I remember way back in high school how you were so anti-technology and it's cool to see that hasn't changed. You have a good point...sending photos by mobile messaging and these internet keyboards connected to ericcson mobiles? And don't get me started on the fridge out there brought out by LG that has a monitor on the front of it where you can connect to the Internet...who would think it would be possible to get some milk for your cereal AND check your e-mail all in one trip???? I look at the ancient civilisations and they are smarter than our civilisation will ever be. People pat themselves on the back because they made a computer that can talk or a digital camera but put them in the "real world" aka the jungle or some place where there is no modernisation and they would die. I am more impressed by a guy who can make fire out of two rocks and use a telescope made out of a hollow stick and a crystal rock than some guy who has made a robot to do all his work for him.

Hey guys, I love this new single letter naming thing....you guys absolutely rock and thanks T ! for officially being the one to enter me into the single letter name gang by calling me 'B'. I friggin' love it!

Ohh...Bali......I saw that in the paper and was so shocked and sad and then I got really scared. If Australia was hit, I don't know what I would do.... I saw all those pics of people with their families and those who were just crying so much cause they lost someone....so many lost their whole family cause they were on trips together and it is so hard to really think about it to get a grip on it. ....and then as V was talking about with the drought....I can't remember the last time we had a real storm...and when I see how little rain we get here, I think how little rain they get out there. Also agreeing with V, yes! We spend so much money on stuff that is so much more about looking good politically with money on defence etc etc than about helping 'the little guy'....it's like the politicians need a media motive to help them out...if it looks good in the papers for them, then they will give a little. I wanted to own a farm at one point because I like the labour side of it...working and seeing exactly what I am earning...plus I love the small towns...ever notice how everyone seems to be wanting to get out of the small town to the big city?...I'm the girl who wants to get into the small town where everyone knows each other and there is this extended family feeling...uh-oh...that idea might be brought on by one too many TV shows...

Hmm stuff happening in B's world......still doing assignments and trying to get stuff done and sent off. So no thrills and spills in that zone. I got some more bad news this week but I might leave that for another blog down the track cause I am feeling good right now and writing about that will bring me down a notch and I kinda like it up here ! So yeah..... !

I am turning into a TV sloth....I am addicted to so many shows...law and Order, Smallville, The Pretender, Roswell (yep its back!!! Season 3 at 1130 at night on thursdays...geez its like they dont want us to watch it!!) .... none can replace Seinfeld as my great TV love (wow can I sound any lamer??) but geez there is some great stuff out there.

I saw Lilo and Stitch the other day. Very funny but got kinda all moral and mushy near the end ... you know how Disney is...but it was really good. I did want to see Red Dragon cause they had advance screenings for that and I absolutely loove Ralph Fienes (pronounced Raife.....what an odd man) but I can't stand gruesome scenes. I heard about Hannibal where he BBQs some guy's skin from his head and makes him eat it or something like that and I just can't watch it...I can't even listen to it...the sound of the knife...it makes me go hysterical...I am very very bad with it....I actually put myself on a training exercise with Gladiator and I sat there trying to watch the fighting scenes to desensitise and I did in parts but others....I am a wincer...I wince like no one has winced before!

Hmm I might leave it here......let's get this T bday KFC at Plumpton thing off the road! Yay!! Catch ya guys later...I will be back!!!

Love B

P.S God I love the feeling of Christmas...I can feel it creeping up again cause of all the Xmas shops everywhere and hearing the happy xmas songs singing...i wish it lasted like Hanukkah (spelt wrong) ...a whole week cause just one day ain't enough man!

Thanku people!

sorry about the late notice. trish and jo had a surprise for me and it turned out trish had a day off on saturday (she usually works on saturday) and i only found out about it on friday.

Saturday was a very busy day for me. had yum cha at castle hill to celebrate my cousins 2nd anniversary then we drove them home before picking up my other cousin and heading back to castle hill to watch an advanced screening of RED DRAGON. its a cool movie but gruesome. it ended a 6.30 so my cuzs left and i just waited around till 7pm.

So anyway, jo, daryl, trish and i ended up at hogsbreath. we had great food! although i must point out that their rice was rather crunchy!?(under cooked i think). i got some cool ruffled green playboy underwear with matching singlet! yay!
our waiter lady was very cool, she stuck a sparkler in my cake when ishe brought it out (twice coz the first time i was in the loo) and we decided to leave her a tip. We had a great evening, and i had sex on the beach - i meant the cocktail! HAHA!
Then Jo's BF dropped us all home. Jo and Daryl decided to head to swansea and go fishing...it was 10pm at night. that sounds so bizarre to me; i being a person of limited fishing knowledge that is.
Actually, i didnt get dropped off home. I went over to my cousins house and watched some manga anime, went home the next day.

Today is my real birthday, but i wasnt feeling too good.
Ness, sorry if i was a bit off or rude today. i think i was rude to your friend at the library...?
my mum picked me up after TAFE and we headed back to hogsbreath again. as i mentioned, i wasnt feeling too good and ended up chucking half the stuff i ate in the loo. no rocky road icecream dessert for me!

most bizarre fact encountered by teri this week:
my cousin looks at peoples shoes!
i mean she stands back and observes them while she is doing normal everyday things like; while waiting for the bus, sitting on the train etc. she can tell if a person is wearing good quality shoes or not. good quality shoes are very important to her. her feet are in excellent condition, i tell her she should be a foot model...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TERI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:: posted by us friends 12:20 PM [+]

Hello all,

I am in class right now and so not in the mood for what I am meant to be doing (word processing) although my fingers are going pretty fast at the moment! I am so hoping that the printer gets paper soon. Hmmm….

Just thought I would say howdy and update you all on my “exciting” life. My life is not as exciting as it used to be. All that is happening now is that I go to TAFE and try to get out of it. And I did my taxes. That is all. I am spending a lot of time at Michael’s, and that is exciting.

My baby (Zach) does not like me spending so much time away. He is not at all happy. That, combined with Little Girl (our other cat) and the heat, he is not a happy chappy. My poor baby! So this week he is getting a lot of treats and I am home more. We just want him to be happy again.

I am gonna do some of what I am meant to be doing, but I will return in a while. I don’t really need to say anything here. I mean, how do you know if I leave or not? Or, how long I am away. It makes no difference to you. All that you care about is something to read about. Anyways, be back soon….

Okay, sick of that again…… I am so glad it rained last night! It is about time we got some rain! My uncle in Bateman’s Bay has enough water for less than a month before he will need to order some water. And I read about a town that has enough water for about two weeks. We take water so much for granted. Yet there are so many places that need to buy a barrel for $180each! I was trying to think of a way of getting all rain that does not land on what is (meant to be) green, to make it end up there. I mean, why does the road need water? All the rain does is clean the road. But, is that going to allow a koala to survive? Or, is it going to prevent a house getting burnt down? NO! So, I think that we need some sort of contraption that will get the water to end up on greenery. Just a thought!

I think I will post this.

Ciao… love Ness

Did anyone watch final of felicity yesterday? i didnt like it, it was blah. but that sarah maclachlan (spelling?) song always makes me wanna cry.

the Bali thing. i was shocked when i saw it on the news on Monday. where was i on the weekend? i didnt even know what was going on. i was just out, living my own life. watching the TV just inundated with all these images of people in pain looking lost just made me cry. i wanted to do something, donate blood right then and there but my phobia got the better of me, id go if someone was there with me.
on Tuesday i watched the arias, kinda surreal considering the Bali updates on the commercial breaks. but hey, life really does go on though. i mean if we were all to stop having fun and getting on with our lives everytime something horrible happens there would really be no point in living on this earth would there?

Ola!
i just read Becs comment about not having photo of all four of us. so i had this crazy idea of us meeting up at Arvins local maccas/KFC for lunch this Sunday or whatever day we are all free.

Or i also want to have dinner with a small gathering of friends for my bday. Maybe at chillis or preferably at Hogsbreath Castle Hill (i can offer lift to 3 people). Not, wanting to upset anyone but the people invited are strictly: Bec, Arvin, Ness, Patricia, Joanne.
yes Arv u will be flanked by the ladies. no worries we're all good people :-D

Pls text me, or leave a message on the machine or just blog it ASAP.
i havnt put a date on the dinner coz id like most of us to be able to go (im having it regardless). i like the lunch at maccas/KFC very much tho, so what do u guys think?

looking forward to hear from all
luvya folks!

Hello again (a minute after I signed off),

I wanna go out. I wanna dance the night away. Maybe Jacksons. Havent been there in a while. Just wanna see people and dance. I look down at myself and think “you are fat, girl”. I have been eating too much junk of late and exercising far too little! I fund that the best way to get rid of this is to dance. I try to do aerobics and yoga, but am not motivated, even when I look in the mirror.

Yes I am in love. Thanks Arvin. On this topic, we wanna move in together, but I am an unemployed bum so we can not afford it. I am most excited by the prospect of living with him. I know that this is fast (even faster is the fact that we have been talking about marriage and children since we were together for about a week), but just look at Bec and Justin. They were fast. But they are happy. When you know it is right, then it is right. And if that happens to be that you get engaged within a month of going out, then that is what is right for you. Who said that you have to be going out for at least a year? I am not saying that these things should be rushed into! I mean, michael and I have known each other for three years. We are not engaged yet, but I will be telling the world as soon as I am.

Okay, my answers to Arvin’s Friday Five:
What size shoe do you wear? 6-7
2. How many pairs of shoes do you own? About 20. I wear about 4.
3. What type of shoe do you prefer (boots, sneakers, pumps, etc.)? boots
4. Describe your favorite pair of shoes. Why are they your favorite? I unfortunately broke them. They were boots with heels and platform. One shoe was perfect. The other one had no zipper pullies and one zipper was totally broken. So, now I wear my “interview shoes” everywhere. They have this name because I wear these sandals to interviews. I need new ones. I like shoes that make me tall.
5. What's the most you've spent on one pair of shoes? I don’t know. Probably $60. I now get most of my shoes second hand. They are cheap and broken in.

Okay, thats enough for now. I cant believe how long I have been in front of this computer today!

I will learn how to spell “that” eventually. Almost everytime I spell it “that” because I type with two hands now and my left hand seems to go faster than the right. It should be the other way since I am right handed.

Anyways,
Love Ness.

hello all,

My sister asked me to type some of her notes for her to study with... she is doing her HSC in a few weeks. How very scary! She has grown up far too fast! It seems like yesterday (along night!) ago that we did our's!..... Anyways, I did not feel like typing. So what did I do instead? I played pool and other online stuff. So I was just doing other typy stuff. Der Ness!

I am going to reply or put my comments to blogs, but I wont do it in chronological order. So when I ask or say something that will be aswered later on, or does not make sense, i apologize.

M-One was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had so much fun! we were in the front row, but not with the moshing people. These people were about 5m from us. The bands were great. Everything was great! In the part that we were in you needed a yellow wristband and we saw a lot of people in there without the bands. So we wondered if we could get in too. A few minutes laster we were in coz they let people in every few minutes. We stayed in almost the same spot for the next 10 hours. If Michael did not have to leave the area coz of a phone call we would not have got a wristband (they ran out of the bands! you'd think that they would say "well, there will be x amount of people in here. W ewill need x amount of wristbands". But, they didnt) and so would not have been able to pee for 10 hours. Now, we all know that this would be impossible for me! Surprisingly, though, I only went twice duringthe concert. I only went coz I thought I should. It was not a pressing issue. I figured by the time I got to the loos and the line, I would need to go. But even though I wasnt busting... Enough toilet talk! The music was SO loud! we were in front of half the speakers. So we felt the music! It was amazing to feel the beat in my body. And you could see it in liquids, and even feel your hair and clothes move! It was GREAT!!!! It was well worth the $95! I now wanna go to Rumba, but won't.

I did not take pics, but Michael did. I have not seen them yet, but he said they are really good. I shall be getting reprints.

I can't throw away my shoes (or anthing else for that matter! I was going through my cupboards, taking the summer stuff out and the winter stuff into the depths of the shelves. I have so many clothes, but I wear about a third of it!). I wear about three pairs of shoes. But I have got so many shoes under my bed. I always think that maybe I will wear them again, when I know, deep down, I won't.

my latest annoyance is why is it that we are spending money and time on putting a camera on the side of a rocket when there are more important things to do? Who really cares what a rocket looks like from the outside as it goes into space? Anyways, we have all seen it in movies before. There are more important things that this time and money can be spent on. For example, cancer or AIDS. Or, not even that huge. Something like getting water to the farmers. it is not something that is complicated. It is something that needs to be done. Our farmers need water, yet the money is being spent on something stupid like getting a rabbit and elephant to mate. How is that going to benefit anyone?

Another annoyance is this new mobile technology. Why must we have phones that can take photos? is it not enough that we can take a photo and send it over the Internet? People these days are getting too caught up in technology, and in the words of Pauline Hanson, I don't like it!

Posting this now to avoid it getting lost somehow.

From Ness.

i am so happy for ness or V. shes in a relationship! so congrats and hope that u stay merry with him. i wanna use merry instead of happy. it really sounds like ur so in love which is so sweet. i am not really that kinda person. but ur just so inlove from what i hear.

i hope that bec is ok and everthing. its good that wwf is taking care of ur entertainment needs. you sound like the sickness have attacked you once more. i just defeated my cold and i am having allergies which is invading me at such a great rate. i need claranaise...you know how expensive that is...yukk...makes me wanna throw up the prices i see these days. get betta soon!!!

beach. oh yes i have not been tothe beach for like more than a year now. so cant really tell. but i am so into environment! so id be horrified if i go there and see all the crap u have said.

teri and shoes... thats the first time i heard that, i didnt know that u have a shoe fetish. aww... well if that tickles ur fancy. i mean 90% of girls are in to that and some guys too i heard. me i have a normal shoe relationship as in i get one wheni need a new one. well thats not much of a relationship then. lol...jokes..

oten and tafe - have not been there so i cant tell what its all about. i heard its a cool place so yeah.

ok...gonna go for a while....gonna see the simpsons...time now = 6:18pm7oct2202 i'll write more later!

so sweet when bec said come home soon! yeah i feel like home is here too. i get to see/read you guys and its here we share our adventures and stories that we go throgh to. its such a idea. and i missed you guys. i swear when i graduatre and get a job i'll get to see u guys more often and make new stories and adventures together (but maybe u guys go out together already - but still next times i'll be there too)

right now my uni group is kinda worried if we ever gonna be friends after uni and i am ok with it. i mean you guys are here and we have remained friends for all this time. lets just wait and see. all u need is bit of time and be interested enough to pause and say hello, listen and connect with each other. its so nice i still have u guys.

so what else is happening in my life other than uni? other than family h.s. friends and uni.friends nothing. been to few uni discos and mini carnivals and blogging on my own site. thats pretty much it. just cant wait to graduate.

here is something to think about.....i wrote in my other blog..... when paulo john and me drove around....

one of the other topic of the conversation was of labour day tomorrow. and how the govn right now is stuffing up australia how they are cutting hecs(education), medicare(health care) and implemented gst(yukkkk), selling telstra, urghhh...i am so pissed me off. they are changing australia. they are americanising them as in we taking off things that only australia has.......maybe it works for other countries but lets not ruin our country, also conspiracy of the sep11 and how it can be done by inteligence and how now america is now the leading the fight. and is backup by other countries. and so much more but cant say right now, also how there is some sort of war every 9 years....did you know weapons have around 9 years expirie date. my friends dad work for the defense and mum and him and everyone listens to a lot of resources. i felt like i didnt know anything. i wanna know and be involved.
did u know that day where there was free lunch at uni plus the giant jumping castle, it was because we were trying to fight that hecs thing and now there is interset and that the fees can be anything the indidual uni wants. we should fight more. they are taking away the things that makes australia a lucky country. free healthcare and education. well close to free and so many benifits are not being cut back and yet they have money to send trops and fight and start a war while this mum brought her child to the doctors and the doctor wont see them unless she pays $50, what happens of that happnes for each visit for evereyone. that actually happens in other countires. did u know america declared israel/jeruslem/palestine or something, the city center and now it will cause more conflict and control of oil is the major cause of this which is land and not so much religion. i am so not aware of these. i want to, i want to do something.

see... whats with that???

ok gonna eat dinner....

today.....current date now!!!!

ps: wow! mp3 player.....very cool....i have one ages ago but i hardly use it coz it takes too much battery.....but its way fun....can only fit around 8 songs....cool..mine was a 3 in 1 ---> -mp3 -digital camera -webcam.....

way cool! what a car??? .....i wish i have one...no more public transport and waiting and late....annoyes me so much....but i'll miss it....i bet....

yes u can me make ur own questions doesnt have to be arvins Friday Fives.....its like getting to know you or some trivias about each other...interesting!!!!!....

m-one and rumba are cool....i doubt i'll go....the tickets are $$$.....so yeah...hve fun u guys!!!!!

im back at uni now and its just weird coz my bro and sis are still school holidays.....i want more holidays!!!!! hope everyone had an awesome labour day yesterday....or a lazy one just like i did....ok dokes....betta go back to class....

later!
A (ohhh...we are one namers now....prince....cher.....madonna....lol cool....wait better coz we only have a letter!!!! we rock!!!!!)

Hi there again! I read my previous post and I meant to write that I study by OTEN and have all my exams at the Tafe but I ended up writing that I do all my study including exams at OTEN. Having exams at the Tafe is really cool cause, oddly for me, exams were my fun point at school other than friends of course!!! ... so just having the exams is like just eating the icing off the cake for me.

Yeah Jus and I were going to see Reign of Fire but it wasn't on at Blacktown. It is such a crappy little cinema but it probably would cost too much to renovate so they keep it that way. I would like to see Swimfan but I don't like the preview...the full length one because it shows what happens through two thirds of it so it kinda ruins it for people.

Ah yes the hormonal nights....lol makes us all sound so primal doesn't it? I do love the city on a Friday or Saturday night. It is so alive! And everyone seems to be wearing their most prettiest or nicest clothes. I so get the urge to go up to all the girls and ask them where they got that top or those pants but I haven't done it yet. I go shopping for clothes and I never can find what I find on some chick walking down the street.

Manly beach is still 'fixing' itself. I did see a bit of construction but what I mostly remember is all the Burger King and McDonalds wrappers all over the beach. That is freaky about that sign though! "swim at your own risk"...what a wonderful way of basically saying "You're on your own!" ... I watch Baywatch now and then cause I really love seeing the beach and there are lifeguards everywhere on that show but on the beaches I have been to, I don't see that many. On Manly, there were none. Is it TV glorifying again or I am being too harsh?

Hehe you should call up Sumrah, T ! She loves shoe shopping. I don't know how many pairs she has but ask her and the answer will probably be "not enough!".

Yeah the "V" thing came about from me calling Therese "T" a few times in my previous blogs and then I ended up calling you "V"... T and V sound cool but I don't think I could pull off calling Arvin 'A'. hehe.

Yeah I have heard a lot about Rumba but M-One looks like they get the better deal music-act wise. I think Rumba has Pink and some bands I have never heard of like Liberty X (feeling old again!) but if I were to choose out of the two, it would be M-one.

I'll blog again later...feeling tired from the Codral. Miss ya Arvin! Hope you're having a good break from uni! ....... later guys! .... Bec ~!

yesterday i went to the city with trish and jo, just girl shopping. Jo decided that we needed to be an even number so if ever wana spend some girly time with three hip chicks like us then youre all welcome to come along. we usually end up in shoe stores.

gees, that sounds like some weirdo personals ad dont it? "come and join three sexy chicks as they fullfil your ultimate shoe fetish fantasy" ach, dont worry about me, ive got kinky sex on my mind (not right now thanx, but thanku for the offer) coz ive been critiquing a slash fic.

its almost 3am and im kinga gettin sleepy so i guess its off to bed with me.

Good afternoon all,

Just over five hours before Michael ends work, so about 5 and a half hours before we leave my place.... Very smily! I am glad that you could feel my excitement in my blog. I don't write as much as I used to, so not all that experienced anymore in expressing my emotions. I'm just smily that my blog "radiated" (I like that word!) my excitement.

i like the me being called "V"... where did that come from anyway?

A lot of people don't know what M-One is. Don't feel old or anything, Bec. If anyone wants to know more.... www.m-one.com.au most people know of Rumba, but not M-one.

What is with these short paragraphs? It is NOT me!

I think that if you feel comfy being home on a Friday or Saturday night, so be it. I do like to go out on a Friday or Saturday night... but then again I like to go out and about any night or day. It is just that Fridays and Saturdays are the "nights to go out". It is more active. One of the reasons for going out on these nights is to pick up. That is something that you (Bec) don't need to do. It seems like people are all hormonal on these nights. And on the other nights and days, we have no hormones at all. But, it is still fun to go out! I personally like staying at home sometimes. I like to soak in the tub or watch TV for hours on end. Bec, you are definitely NOT boring!!!!!

I was wondering why I never saw you around TAFE. I thought that I would see you now and then because all the business subjects are around the same place. Now that it is OTEN (I was gonna do a language through them) that you go to, it all makes sense.

I went to Manly a few weeks ago. It was cold coz of the wind. They are "fixing" up the place near the wharf. It is a total mess now and I am not impressed. Is it still like that? A lot can happen in a month or so. But, you're right, the beach is not as pretty as it used to be. There is actually a sign saying that swimmers swim at their own risk, and should not enter the water after heavy rain coz of sewage! i saw this sign after I went in. If I had seen it beforehand, I wouldnt have gone in for the few short minutes I did. It was not that it had rained recently. It was more that there is the chance of the yuckiness.

Ahh yes... surfers' backs...... yummy!...... Drool.... Must stop or the keyboard will malfuncture due to wetness.... lol

Need to start making lasagne for dinner.... Mmmmmmmmmm.....

From Ness....

Hey there guys!!! Looks like I missed V by only a few hours...lol ok that sounds like a lot now so skip the 'only'. You sound very excited girl..that is probably a der thing to say but your blog just radiated how you're feeling. I felt very out of touch about the M-one thing...and very old! I was like " huh? what is an M-one?" I thought it was stuff like grand prix racing but then I saw the ads for it. Very cool...and totally jealous!!! Goo Goo Dolls are gonna be there! They are one of my fave bands and not just because the lead singer is a rock and roll dream..... ! Speaking of feeling old, I hate it when I am online on a Friday or Saturday night and some guy will ask me "what are you doing at home? shouldnt you be out partying?" .... is this the routine of a "normal" twenty something chick? Am I breaking the rules and stepping into geek territory cause I am at home on a weekend night watching Ye Gads! - a video from Blockbuster?! I hate been made to feel like I am boring cause I am at home on certain 'no-go' days. I know, I know....I shouldn't let total strangers get to me so bad.

Argh! I missed your blog by about a week Therese! For the record I would have loved to have met up with ya! For future!... what is your TAFE schedule and we can hook up for a coffee or something before you have to go to tafe..?! I don't actually go to Tafe but a sublet of it called OTEN...it's Tafe by long distance and when I have an exam, I go to OTEN to do it. It all started when I wanted to do my HSC again but the time table meant two hour classes spread throughout the day and I needed to be home to take care of Mum so the school counsellor girl suggested OTEN and well, the rest is history.

I am so sorry I haven't blogged you guys. I had an assignment blizzard! and now I have the flu...in this weather!! I woke up two days ago and looked out the window and it was beautiful and then I went to take a deep breath and my nose was blocked. And it's this annoying flu where I walk around with my mouth open cause I can't breath through my nose and this permanent expression as if I am about to sneeze.

On a sidenote, what has happened to manly beach? Has anyone been there lately? The place is a hole! Or maybe I got it on a bad day but when I went today cause I thought sunshine would be good for my nose, the place was a dump. Rubbish everywhere and the beach seems to have disappeared. You walk onto the sand and you're basically at the water...like what??? Saving grace? The photos I took of some nice looking surfers....and on that, what surfer out there does not possess a fantastic back?

I hope you have all been well you guys. At least we know things are rocking and rolling in V's life and I hope the same goes for all. I will be rocking and rolling post flu...I'm sorry...I don't do sick well. I am a whiner. Haha not that you didnt notice or nothing...! Of course not!

Taking a break from ebaying. Getting sick of lost payments from the US...every other country is fine...Belgium, Germany, France...but the US means trouble. I think there is a hidden abyss in their postal office. Whatever, it all still equals grrrr.

Wrestling! My wrestling is going! Due to pay disputes cause the WWF want more money, Foxtel said 'uncle' and pulled the plug so no more Smackdown and you just know that Raw is next....there are only two wrestling shows and now I have only one....though my other wrestling dream guy, also known as Hurricane, went to Raw so most of my faves are on the show I still get. So I think I will be ok!

I might head off now cause my nose feels enormous....I am using all these tissues and wondering how the hell I am able to use them all...how much stuff can be up there??? ... ok now I'll go......stay cool ~! ...... Bec ~!

hello all,

I was meant to come back a few days ago... minutes after I wrote the last time. I only signed off because i did not know if I had written about something. unfortuantly I could not read more than five posts and I couldn't get into the web page. Damn internet sometimes! Then I was a busy beaver so couldn't write. Should be going to bed (Feel so old! it is 10pm and I wanna go to bed!) but am leaving again soon. So, here I am.

I apologize for any grammatical or spelling mistakes I make in this post. I am tired and my fingers are out of practice from typing.

The thing I was gonna write about last time is about Port Macquarie. Michael and I are leaving for Port Macquarie at about 10:15pm tomorrow night. I am SO EXCITED!!!!! It is only a weekend thing, but we are both so excited all the same. It is a holiday, just the two of us (except for the woman who we are visiting. It was her 50th birthday recently. Since my hunny was working last weekend we couldnt go to the party. So, we are going up this weekend). Then, on Monday we are going to M-One. He bought me a ticket for my birthday (thanks for all the birthday wishes!). I will pay him back. I just don't know when.

The reason I am so tired now is that I have not been home. I have been at Michael's the past two nights. It was three days since we saw each other last. And it was such a long three days!

I wish to complain about something.... Vodafone. I used to get bills of about $50 a month. That was all fine and dandy. I was used to that price. Then I got my phone upgraded coz i wanted a phone that had all the buttons in orking order. That was all good. Then I got a bill of over $100. The next month it was a similar bill. I can't afford this! I am not making any extra calls. in fact I am probably making less calls than I used to! so I thought I would cancel the contract. I can't afford that either! I went to the Vodafone people, telling them how many calls I make and that I SMS more than I call. This was when I went to get my phone upgraded. I expected them to get me a contract or whatever that would suit my lifestyle. They did not do that! so, I will not go to the Vodafone store at the bottom level of Westpoint again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(

Teri, how were the muffins?

If anyone had ANY karaoke songs and/or knows of places online that I can get free downloads of songs that actually sound like how they should (and not something that had piano replacing what should be guitar... on this matter, why is it taht when you go to sites for ringtones that what you play is piano or whatever when it won't be piano when you download it or call for it? Why don't they just play what you'll download? It is not like what is played online is what the song sounds like anyway! I have left sites just because they don't play what I'd download. It is bad business. That's my opinion anyway! Anyways..... ) PLEASE SHARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I would be forever grateful! Just had a thought - Teri, don't you have some karaoke?

I might write tomorrow. It is about time I actually read the messages, rather than just skim them. But I wanna go to sleep now. I have woken up a tad. but that doesnt change the fact that I won't get to bed at about 2:30am tomorrow night. i am not a night owl like most people my age.

Love Ness.
:D
