We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and to
share with you a little about our Mi-Ki journey.

We were married on September 26, 1992. We moved to a small community, which
is surrounded by the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of southeastern Tennessee.
We’re located about an hour from Chattanooga, TN. and Knoxville, TN.

We started on our Mi-Ki journey in 1998, when we purchased Casey and
Ginger. We had our first litter in the spring of 1999. When we started
this journey, we never imaged the happiness that this wonderful toy breed
would bring to us. In the summer of 2000, we added Angel to our family
and CJ quickly followed in the winter of 2001. This is how it all started
and we’re now the proud owners of 11 Mi-Kis.

We are dedicated to breed the best quality, physically and mentally, of the
Rare Breed Mi-Kis. We breed occasionally to produce what we believe to
be quality Mi-Kis that conform to the CMA breed standard, are intelligent,
and able to be wonderful companion dogs.

All of our adults as well as our puppies are DNA’d through the UKC, Heart
checked by a Cardiologist at the University of Tennessee, CERF checked
by a Ophthalmologist at the University of Tennessee, and Patella checked
through our local vet. We go the extra mile to have all our Mi-Kis checked
by specialists, to ensure that we are breeding the best quality Mi-Kis.

Through membership in the Continental Mi-Ki Association, we are exposed to
other points of view, educational programs, and updated rules and regulations.
More importantly, we have an opportunity to share concerns, information and
ideas with other concerned and knowledgeable dog people. We also have the
opportunity to honestly educate the general public about the Rare Breed Mi-Kis.

We do our best to make sure our puppies are going to loving, and committed
homes. We do our best to screen prospective buyer(s) to ensure a good match
between puppy and buyer(s). As much as possible we attempt to evaluate the
personality of puppies by observing them during their development. We then
attempt to match the puppy that best fits to the prospective buyer(s) and their
family. After an extensive inquiry, phone interview, into the prospective
buyer(s) lifestyle and their home arrangements. The prospective buyer(s) are
then be given an overview of each of the available puppies personalities.
We will share with them which of the available puppies will best match them
and their family. We do this to ensure the likelihood of a fulfilling and rewarding
relationship between the new owner and their Mi-Ki puppy.

Before any puppy leaves our home, it has been well cared for and socialized.
However, a puppy does not go to its new owner as a trained, well-mannered
finished product. It is up to the puppy buyer to complete the job we have
started. The new owner is responsible for the further development of the puppy’s
personality, through structured discipline, training, guidance, and love.

We don’t ship our puppies, we do this to ensure the mental and physical health
of the puppy and so that the puppy will be hand delivered to the new owner.
The new puppy owner is welcome to fly into Knoxville, TN. airport to take delivery
of your new puppy. I will also be happy to accompany your new puppy on the
plane and hand deliver the puppy to you.

We are committed to providing loving care to every puppy we produce,
for the life of that puppy. We welcome every puppy purchaser into our
family, and will do all we can to make your experience with us memorable.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know us a little before you continue
on your search. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free
