Freaky

Got to bed at 5am. (Sound familiar?)
Ever been to a cinema and stuffed yourself so full of ice cream that you can't hold the cornet straight any longer, and it starts falling everywhere, and you feel so sick you can hardly stand?
With fudge sauce all down your front, and giggling and hiccuping with your mouth open and all slimey ice cream in it?

And everyone in the lobby staring at you because it's dripping so much there's a mountain of fudge and toffee and chocolate and raspberry ripple flavoured sludge on the polished floor?

Well, popcorn, coffee and a midnight showing of some harmless Disney pap like Freaky Friday are a good way of calming down.

Oh, I can still act stupid on a sugar high, i find. And you're right about the Cracker omission - just corrected it. I promise they're in reverse quality order, so they will get better eventually....

Let me say, I cannot eat till I'm stuffed. I hate that feeling, the bloat. Brr. And I'm not a big fan of ice cream.

If Mary Tyler Moore had ever made a version of Freaky Friday, of course..... which she didn't ... the Barbara Somebody version, with Jodie Foster.
Saw a photo of Mary Tyler Moore in the Sunday Times yesterday - she looks no more than 31 years old (including her neck, and hands which used to be the big giveaway zones). I'm 33, and when I was ten years old, she looked 38 ..... something about that is so wrong!
