About Richard Normand

Richard was one of the best men you will ever meet. He was killed October 14, 2006, by a hit and run driver. He was walking home from work one night when he went to step around a construction site. That was where he was struck by a truck. The police in Texas are saying that they believe that this ws not an accident. I am hoping that if anyone knows anything about what happened that night, they will come forward and put the person to justice that killed my uncle. Richard was getting ready to move back home to Ohio with his family in December of 2006 when he ws killed. Richard left behind a great son name Josh Woodell. We pray every nght that someone knows something about what happened, and they will come forward with information. Richard was the most loving man that you will ever meet. We miss him greatly.He loved his family very much and would have done anything for them. His family and friend were the reason he was moving back to Ohio.
