PLEASE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY here are the rules for now

1. I will always sign the layouts, top banners, guild banners, and top bars i make unless you dont want me to, if you dont want me to you will have to pay a fee.
2. I dont NOT take credit for making the neopet pictures on layouts, top banners, top bar, ands guild banners, but i do take the credit for making everything else on the layouts, top banners, top bars, and guild banners, such as the text, blogs, and coding it.
3. I must recieve the payment before i send you the code of the layout, guild banner, or top banner.
4. Payments can vary.
5. I wil accept neopoints or neoitems(mainly codestones ,but doesn't have to be).
6. We will reach an agreement before i start making a something for you.
7. You can check out other peoples guild layouts on reference that i've done for them
8. If you are paying neopoints you can buy stuff in my shop.
   If your paying in neoitems you can just send those items to me.
   If your paying in neoitems and neopoints we can just set up a trade.
