The start....

Well this is the start of my learning journal. I decided that during my study in Certificate of Instructional Design and Online Learning I would keep a journal of my thought and feelings. I'm hoping it will help me in my reflections of the course and it should be interested to review these at the end of the year.

Week one and I'm already behind! Aahhh!! I had a portfolio to hand in for my master's at the start of this week - so I'm only really getting a chance to review the material for the Capella course. Looks interesting - though I still have to get used to the environment.

And the APA guidelines. I now have to relearn how to reference things according the US standard, rather then this side of the pond (Irish and UK standard).

Plus I'm having a problem getting one of the set books. Why its so hard to get a Mager book, I don't know. At least I have a loan of one till I do.

So not the perfect start- but I'm looking forward to it getting more interesting.
