.::Changing your order::.
You can make a change to your order within 24hours of your order being placed. Email orders@dasilvaboutique.com. Once your order has entered our dispatching process we will not be able to make any changes.

.::Payment Options::.
We accept American Express, Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, MasterCard Connect, Solo, JCB or I Style cards. Your payment card will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

.::Delivery Areas::.
DaSilva Boutique delivers to all Mainland UK addresses and internationally. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to the Channel Islands, BFPO or international addresses. DaSilva Boutique classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

.::Delivery::.
We can deliver your order within 48hours of acceptance. Standard £3.95 delivery charge Express £5.95 delivery charge These charges cover your whole order no matter how many items are included. Your order will normally be delivered via courier between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday within 48hours provided the order was placed before 1pm. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a bank holiday weekend will not be delivered until the followung Tuesday at the earliest. Your order can be sent to an alternative address from the card holders billing address. If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel, a card will be put through your door explaining what action is to be taken for re-delivery.

.::Returns::.
We guarantee to refund/exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics, underwear or swimwear unless faulty.
