Corian Infernal
Corian Infernal was not always known as an Infernal. He was instead not only known by a different name, but by a very different person. He was then mortal, and although he went through life as carefree as a kender, he did have his loyalties. Born a half-elf, he spent most of his life living amongst strangers. There were none who would attach themselves to this abomination. He was an outcast from man as well as elf.
As a loner, he learned a second language, the language of the drow and have known and used it often, for it seemed almost a crutch to him. Something he had acomplished and he was proud of it, even if the drow would not speak to him. He lead a miserable life until he got himself mixed up with the one person who could save him. The one person who could make him a man dispite all his previous attempts. Her name was Maylown Waycross.
She, a drow, first found him in a tavern, drunk and lonely. She took him to her home inside of this massive castle, armed to the teeth. He thought in his drunken stupor that she was taking him to his death. In fact, she was, but no where close to how he had imagined. She removed his rags, and upon cleaning his broken spirit, renewed him and made him a warrior in her army. He was now a member of VISTA.
The first time he was accepted anywhere, was in VISTA, a town in LORN. Maylown, a woman of much reknown and wealth, owned the massive lands of LORN and the small town of VISTA. He started out a warrior in VISTA and through the years became a valuable member of the society. Betrayal led to his Lady's death as she lay broken and bloody at the hands of her co-commander, Llyran Clandamir. The rage and fury brought on by her death opened a new person in Corian and he was thus changed once more.
Still a member of VISTA's army and a commander of many himself, he noticed that once Lady Waycross had died, others decided to leave as well. First of them, Myth. She had always been dear to him, and he mourned to see her leave, for she was now considered the hunted and would be murdered or assassinated upon sight. However he did have other things on his mind.
Although loyal to his Lord Clandamir, he fell in love with his wife. His lady Blu knew of his affections but both agreed nothing could come of the attraction. Corian stayed because of her, though he dispised himself for it. He later became a spy for Guardians of Hopes and Dreams, Myth's new guild.
He spied upon his Lord, and thus found out that the lady love was also planning to betray him. He moved quickly to obtain much information from him as he could, for he was now his Second in Command. He had moved quickly and high in power within VISTA. Until one day, when VISTA was defeated, it's citizens leaving for other towns and homes, Lorn quickly faded away. Corian, his trust earned with Myth, joined with GoHD.
He resided happily with Myth and the others whom had become his friends, however his love had not returned with him, but to a previous husband. Heartbroken he had filled his time with the friends and comrades he was making while in the castle of Myth. It was there he had met his lord.
Infernal Guardian was high lord of the Infernal Clan. Approached he was moved that he would be accepted and marked as one in a clan. Not born of Infernal blood, he was thus Damned into it, where as his body was taken over by the Mist. He was then marked upon the back of his neck with the Clan symbol, intertwining CI.
