Rulez here are some rulez that i made and that you need to know please read them.

1. We will reach an agreement before i start making a something for you
2. I will always sign the graphics i make unless you dont want me to, if you dont want me to you will have to pay a fee
3. I do NOT take credit for making the pictures on the graphic, but i do take the credit for making everything else on the graphic, such as the text, blogs, and coding it.
4. YOU MUST REQUEST A CODE FOR THE GRAPHIC OR I WON'T CODE IT, BUT ITS CHEAPER IF YOU DON'T WANT IT CODED
5. I must recieve the payment before i give you the code, but you will always be able to see the graphic that i made for you before you pay to see if you like it
6. I wil accept neopoints or neoitems(mainly codestones, but doesn't have to be).
7. PAYMENT: you have three options
   set up a trade.
   buy somthing in my shop
   if your giving me items just send the items to me
   as long as i get the payment it's fine with me
8. NO ASKING ME WHAT PROGRAM I USE OR WHERE TO GET A PROGRAM THAT MAKES LAYOUTS PLEASE.
9. I WILL NOT TEACH YOU HOW TO CODE OR MAKE A LAYOUT OR ANYTHING RELATED TO THAT UNLESS YOU PAY ME
10. THERE IS NOT REFUND AFTER YOU HAVE PAID, BUT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE GRAPHIC I WILL FIX IT FOR YOU NO EXTRA CHARGE.
