R o l l i n g S t o n e s R o c k T o r o n t o
On the morning of July 30th I woke up and prepared myself for, what I was told to be, history in the making. I was on my way to catch a bus to Downsview, Toronto - to be one of the half a million attendants to the concert event that has been named "Sars Stock".

10:00am - Trenton
I drive to the local Walmart where a bus is waiting to take me, my two best friends Steph and Mary, and a bus full of people to Toronto where history was to be in the making. As we boarded, I realized the diversity of people, and the range of age to be attending this concert event.

We started to drive, and the older concert goers began to break out their alcoholic beverages, as well as cupcakes and cookies which were laced with pot. Later in the bus ride, me and my two best friends decided to partake in the later of the two - and it was the best way to start off our day.

12:00pm - Toronto
Once we got to Toronto, we parked our coach bus and boarded a shuttle bus to Downsview.

Once we arrived at our destination, we began standing in line, for what would end up being an hour and a half until actually getting into the event area. As we approached the end of the line up we were greeted by security gaurds who all but stripped searched us, and then allowed us to enter the park.

1:30pm - Downsview
We were in now, and there were barbeques and portable toilets as far as the eye could see. In the distance music could be heard, and faintly seen on one of the three large t.v. screens. We looked around for something to eat, and then ultimately got deistarcted by the tent which was selling the concert peraphinalia. We then alotted ourselves into another line up.

After getting our merchandise, we decided to find a place to situate ourselves for the duration of the concert. When we realized that we weren't going to make it anywhere near the stage - as the die hard fans had already occupied that area since that morning, we chose the next best thing, and situated ourselevs in front of the 2nd of the 3 large t.v. screens, fully equiped with sound, I might add.

As we claimed our area, we were able to catch the end of The Tea Party. Now, this is where the afternoon begins to fade into itself, or into a place without time, because when you sit in the blistering sun all day long, listening to music that continues to build upon itself until it eventually reaches it's climax, time becomes useless. None the less, afternoon turned into late afternoon, which turned into early evening, which then proceeded into evening, as me and my two friends become spellbound by the event which is transpiring.

As the event went on, I was witness to the following preformances:

The Have Love Will Travel (Jim Belushi & Dan Aykroyd)
The Isley brothers
Blue Rodeo
Justin Timberlake
Sass Jordan
The Flamming Lips
The Guess Who
Rush
AC/DC
The Rolling Stones

And along with that amazing line up, myself and the rest of the attendants were also paid a visit by special guest Ringo Star.

12:00am, The Rolling Stones leave the stage
Which means ultimately, it's time for us to leave as well. We proceed, with the rest of the half a million people, to the exit gate. Me, Steph and Mary then find and board a shuttle bus to the place where our coach bus is waiting for us.

12:30am, The Coach Bus
Everyone arrives simultaniously to our coach bus, describing the event to each other. Everyone that is, except two people. Now, we all are occupied with retelling the events which occured in that day, so waiting for these two people is insignificant.

2:30am, The Coach Bus
Waiting has now become significant, significantly annoying. But, non the less, the teo stragglers eventually arrive, and board the bus and we proceed home.

4:30, Trenton
We arrive in Trenton.
