Used to have websites in Yahoo Geocities but it has since closed in 2009. Back in 2004, when I retired and join C & H Proprties Pte Ltd as a property agent, I learned Frontpage, and advertised my services online.
Now, I use the modern and more sophisticated Dreamweaver CS 4. It has a lot more features, including cascading sheets (css), which can only be uploaded all at once on paid websites. I cannot put on more features on this website as I had to upload documents and images individually on this website which is free. I used creativity to adapt to make and upload htmls on this website.

Yoga
Started yoga lessons at Yishun Park in 2004.
Lesson then were conducted every morning irrespective of holiday, weekends etc. Moreover it was free.
Yoga, is a form of exercise, that is very beneficial to the body and mind, young and old, as long as one do within one's own limitations - ie not overstretch or overdo.
Most practise yoga for health benefits. Exercise, stretching, breathing, improving blood circulation, stabilise the mind, de-stress, relax all muscles through slow breath exercises, reduce tension, reduce pain through relaxation of muscles and tension.
Just breathing in synchronisation with exercise and stretching, light and deep breathing, is all about yoga being practised.
Yoga with stretching exercises, breathing and mental relaxation can give the well being feeling that money cannot buy. The best is the release of tension from various muscles in the whole body and this relaxation can relief much pain, both bodily and mentally.

Served 3 years full time National Service from 1967.
Served the police force for few decades.
Afer retirement, continued to be involved as accredited security consultant with SPCS.
Now, in the Auxiliary Police Force.
Had wide exposure in key installations, operations, investigations, staff inspection, criminal intelligence and training.
