The main reason I love Pitchshifter so much is in that they have such a unique sound, which could very well be described as controlled chaos. I wouldn't really put them in any specific genre, rather I'd say they're somewhere near Industrial, with the aggression of Metal and some elements of acid-trip Techno, with kind of a Punk/Anarchist attitude.
