"I believe an artist must be enthusiastic about her subject and must bring that excitement to her viewers, " says Lucie Fainsbert, who has been interested in art since childhood.

Lucie is a self-taught artist who expresses her talents in acrylics, watercolors and pen and ink drawings. Her love for wildlife, dogs, and children shows in her art. Mastiffs have been a part of her life for many years. She never tires of drawing this grand and noble animal.

Lucie lives with her husband and their six mastiffs in Somerset, NJ. She has been involved with Mastiff Rescue since she retired as a school nurse and health educator.

Lucie continually very generously donates her beautiful artwork in support of the OEMT Foundation, Inc. and the Mastiff Club of America, Inc. Rescue.
