Rules and Regulations
No video cameras or still photography cameras will be allowed in the competition room. We will have a professional photographer and videographer on hand to take pictures of this special event. The photographer and videographer are independent contractors and the pageant accepts no responsibility for photographs or videos ordered. This service is provided for your convenience and to prevent distractions and disturbances during competition. We want our pageant to run as smoothly as possible, and in order to do this we will be asking a few favors of all of you.
1. If your child is competiting please have them stay seated in the competition room. This will keep traffic and noise level down so that paying spectators may enjoy the competition.
2. When your child is competing you may wave from your seat but please do not stand behind the judges. This is very distracting to the judges and to those who cannot see.
3. Your modeling routines must be under 1 1/2 minutes or you will be deducted one point per judge.
4. Please have a copy of your childs birth certificate in case of any confusion.
5. If your child is late s/he will not be allowed to compete in that event, no exceptions.
6. You will not be allowed to use your own music except for talent and costume.
7. We will be using 4 judges, from at least three different states. Hopefully they will not know any of the contestants. As an added protection we will not announce any contestants name during competition. We want all contestants judged on their performance that day, not how big their name is.
8. Any unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated. If you have a problem please see Tammy and she will try to resolve the matter.
9. You may enter the pageant after the deadline but you will be charged a $25.00 late fee.
10. The first contestants paid will have their choice in where they want to be in line up. First in, Last out!

If you have any questions please call Tammy at 803.764.1748. Word of mouth tends to be inaccurate. Please do not call and ask who is in your division. I will be glad to let you know how many are in your group but that is all.
