Over the next 60 years the company grew, building an industry reputation for quality products and exceptional service.
The business was originally primarily focused on ornamental iron railings, wrought iron fence, window guards, security gates, and spiral staircases. Structural steel fabrication began in 1985.

In the early 90’s, Best Built’s interest expanded toward larger contracts involving rehab projects, which turned old commercial and residential properties into extravagant condominiums in the Chicagoland area.
Best Built Fabricating is now one of the largest fabricators in the Chicagoland area that handles both structural and ornamental steel.
