North Island Cruisers will be celebrating our 20 year anniversary in 2012!
The North Island Cruisers are having our 21st Annual Show 'n' Shine in downtown Campbell River on Sunday, September 1, 2012 8:00am - 2:00pm
This year we are back to our old location on Shoppers Row and the Tyee Plaza parking lot.
Entry to the show will be on Alder St., north of St. Anne's.
On the Saturday before our show, Tyee Chevrolet, Buick, GMC is having their 3rd annual Show 'n Shine on their parking lot.
On Saturday evening there will be a cruise-in at the A&W located in the Discovery Harbour Shopping Centre.

Come on up for the weekend and take in all 3 events.
Entry fee for participants in the NIC show is still just $15.00
Dash plaques will be given to the first 200 entrants so arrive early.
Entries will be allowed up until 11:00AM.
Each year, on Sunday of the Labour Day weekend, the North Island Cruisers
host an incredible car show in downtown Campbell River. The efforts of
volunteers from the North Island Cruisers, as well as other local car clubs, bring
one of the biggest events that takes place in our beautiful city. Local merchants
support our efforts by sponsoring the trophies and t-shirts, while the City of
Campbell River and Tyee Plaza Shopping Centre allow the use of the main street
and shopping centre parking lot. Service clubs from the area supply food kiosks,
first aid, and have 50/50 draws to build excitement and raise money. Rock & roll
music fills the air and Tyee Plaza provides a live band for entertainment during
the event. The quality and variety of the entries provides something for every
taste, as the show is open to all types of vehicles. The main focus is on vintage
cars and trucks and includes sports cars, muscle cars, racecars, exotics and
special interest vehicles. Participants have come from as far away as California.
Proceeds from the event benefit local charities!
