~~Same night~~
~~Jenna~~
After me and Brian were calmed down and laying back on the bed (this time my hed is also resting on a pillow beside him) I felt him staring at me. "What?" I turned my face to his and asked. "What's going on with you and AJ?" He asked me. "Brian, I told you nothing." "You hugged." I looked deep into his eyes "It was just a friendly hug. I was upset and he hugged me...Brian I swear to you there is nothing between me and AJ." In a sence I was right. Yes we fooled around a little, but nothing major happened and we were just friends. After the night in AJ's room all the sexual tention between us was gone. We were friends. "I believe you." He said with a smile so I smiled back. With the tips of his fingers he brushed the hair of my shoulder. "You know, you have realy pretty eyes." "Brian Littrell, are you flirting with me?" I said with a little laugh. "Maybe." He said with a serious smile. I didn't know what to say. I decided not to say anything, instead I turned my head back to the tv. A few minutes passed and I had to ask him about Lisa. "Are you and Lisa doing ok?" I asked without looking at him. It took him a minute to answer. "We broke up." "Why?" "She was cheating on me." I turned my face back to his. "I'm sorry." "Don't be. I'm not hurt. We hadn't even been together that long. Just don't tell the guys yet. I don't need to her a alot of "I told you so"." "Ok." A few minutes later I decided to go to my room befor I fell alseep. When I got there Calie wasn't there and I went to sleep.
~~Nick~~
Not only was Calie's head on my shoulder, but now her arm was around me. I was starting to get a little nervous. We had never cuddled like this befor. "Nick?" She said without lifting her hed. "What?" I alomst said "what hun" "I wanna stay here tonight." "What? Why?" "Never mind." "Calie?" She lifted her head and turned to face me. "Why do you wanna stay here?" "I dont know...I just do." "Everyone might take it the wrong way. They might think there is something going on between us." We both sat there silent looking at each other for a minute. "Is there?" I asked her nervously. She slowly moved her face to mine and pressed her soft lips to mine. Without hesitation I kissed her back. She slowly released her kiss and sat up. "I'm going to my room now." She told me and stood up. I didn't know what to say. I was speachless as I watched her walk out the door.
~~Calie~~
I walked back to my room in shock of what I just did. I couldn't believe I kissed him, it just felt right. I opened the door slowly trying not to wake Jenna again. "Calie?" I heard her say grougily. "Sorry, I was down by the pool." She must have fallen back asleep. She didn't say anything else.
~~Jenna~~
I woke up early and Calie was still asleep. I took a shower and got dressed. When I was done, Calie was still, asleep. I was bored and hungry so I went down stairs to get a bagle. I walked in the little hotel resteraunt and saw Nick sitting alone. I went and sat next to him. "Hey, Jenna." He said with a smile. "Hi." "Your up early?" "I usually am. So what did you do last night. You must have gone to bed early if your actually up already." "Actually I was up realy late. Calie was with me watching movies." "Wait, she said she was at the pool." I thought to myself remembering her coming in at 4:00 a.m. I got my bagle and went back to our room.
I walked in and Calie was watching tv. I sat down on my bed and looked at her. "What?" She asked slowly turning to look at me. "Did you purposly lie to me last night?" I asked her. Calie had never lied to me. I couldn't believe she did. "About what?" "About where you were." "No Jenna I was at the pool." "Calie, I just talked to Nick. Why are you lying?" "I'm not. Nick went to sleep, I wasn't tired. So I went down to the pool." I studied her face and she didn't seem to be lying. "Ok, sorry."
~~Nick~~
After I ate I went up to see if Calie was up. I knocked on the door and Jenna opened it. "Hey Jenna." "Hi Nick come on in." I walked in and Calie was still laying in bed watching tv. "Lazy bones." I said looking at her and she giggled. "You guys wanna go for a swim?" Jenna asked. Calie said yes so of course I did too. "I'll go get ready and meet ya down there." I told them and went to my room to change.
I got down to the pool and Jenna was swiming alone. "Where's Calie?" I asked. "She's getting something to eat first." I climbed in the pool and Jenna started playfully splashing me. I started splashing her back and she swam away down the pool. I swam after her and picked her up. "Hey." I heard and looked up to see Kevin with a wierd look on his face looking at me holding Jenna. "Hey Kevin." Jenna said as I sat her back down in the water."Calie and Brian are some where behind me." Kevin said
~~Jenna~~
Brian walked up to the pool and I gave him a smile. I was a little nervous. Things all the sudden felt differant between us. He got in the pool and came after me. "Payback time!" He said with a huge grin. I swam away from him, but again I was too slow and got me. He pulled me under water and went down with me. Under the water he quickly pulled me up to him by the waist and kissed me. I couldn't believe it. I was mad. We came up from the water and he smiled. I angrily got out of the pool, grabbed my towel and went back to my room.
~~Brian~~
"What was I thinking?" I thought to myself watching Jenna leave the pool. I thought she liked me after last night. I was realy starting to like her and when I walked up to the pool and saw her smile to me all I wanted to do was kiss her soft, sweet lips. "B-Rok what did you do to her?" Nick asked. Kevin was staring at me and Nick from a chair and Calie was looking at me sitting on the edge of the pool. "She must be mad cause I pulled her under the water. She probably didn't want to get her hair wet or something. I'll go get her." I told them and went up to her room wrapped in a towel.
I knocked on the door and it quickly swung open. She pulled me in and shut the door. "Are you crazy?! Would if someone saw you." "I'm sorry Jenna. Don't worry no one saw." "Are you sure?!" "Yes Jenna, I promise!" She turned around and sat on the edge of her bed. "Brian..." She said softly so I sat next to her. "I can't...do this with you." "What? like me?" "I can't." "You already do Jenna." She turned to face me. "This can't happen Brian...it's not right." I looked in her eyes and I could see throgh her. I knew she had feelings for me. Looking in her eyes made me want to kiss her again, but I didn't want to pressure her into anything or upset her again. Insead I wrapped my arms around her waist to hug her. I was affaid she was going to push me again, but she didn't. She slowly wrapped her arms tightly around my neck.
~~Jenna~~
As we sat and hugged on the edge of my bed it felt so good. I loved feeling his arms around me. I defenantly had feelings for him. It wasn't like with AJ. With AJ it was only sexual feelings. Being in Brians arms I felt safe, a feeling that I hadn't felt in a long time. We slowly parted from each other. "Wanna go back down to the pool?" He asked me. "Yeah." So we got up and went back down to the pool.
Same night on plane going home.
~~Kevin~~
Sitting next to Calie on the plane I looked over at Nick who was sitting with Jenna. She was sleeping and her head was rested on his shoulder. I remembered the note book in her room and the drawn heart with Nick's name in the middle of it. "There has to be something going on between them." I thought to myself.
~~Brian~~
On the plane I sat next to Howie. I thought about the moment on Jenna's bed when we hugged. It felt so right. She didn't say anthing about the vow though when she was saying we can't let anything happen between us. I had this big feeling it was something else, but what? "AJ?" I thought to myself. "No, I believe her."
