~~The next day home from NY~~
~~Brian~~
I woke up early, thinking about Jenna. I just know there is something she isn't telling me. I have to find out what it is.
I spent the day cleaning. It needed to be done and I was trying not to think about Jenna. Calie and Nick went down to the beach and I decided to go talk to Jenna, knowing she was alone.
I knocked on the door and she let me in. I was surprised to see AJ sitting on the couch. "Hey man." AJ said as I walked in. "Hey, what's up AJ?" "Nothin. I just stopped by to say hi on my way to my moms. I better get going." AJ left and I sat down next to Jenna on the couch while she watched mtv. "Are you hungry?" I asked her. "Yeah, a little." "Wanna go get something to eat?" "Yeah, let me just go change. I look like a scrub right now." "Ok. Just come next door when your ready."
~~Jenna~~
I went up to my room and looked through my closet. "I wonder if he is considering this a date?" I thought to myself nt knowing what to wear. I finally found a little blue dress. Not to casual and not to dressy. I then went next door to Brian's.
~~Calie~~
Me and Nick were laying on the beach. Neither of us had brought up the kiss we sharred. I knew Nick was shy when it came to those things, so I decided I would bring it up. "Nick?" "What?" He said turning on his side to look at me. "Umm, I don't know how to talk about this, but did you like the kiss?" He cheeks turned pink and it took him a minute to answer. "Yes, I liked it." He said softly. I smiled and looked back out to the water.
~~Brian~~
I wanted to take Jenna some where nice. But not to nice. I took her to a little resteruant on the beach. We sat at a little round table. She wasn't talking that much and looked a bit nervous. "Do you like this place?" I asked her. "Yes. It's realy nice." We ordered and ate through silence. Finally I asked her to dance. We went to the little square dance floor and I lightly put my arms around her waist. She put her arms around my neck. We danced for a few minutes rather far apart from each other. I nervously pulled her a little closer to me and I felt her arms rap a little tighter around my neck.
~~Jenna~~
I liked Brian so much and it scared me. I wanted us to be more than friends, but every time I think about what happen with AJ when I closed my eyes during the kiss I couldn't let that happen with Brian. I loved just being in his arms. As we danced I could feel his heart beating fast through his chest. "I don't want to hurt him." I thought to myself and pulled away from him. I looked at my watch and it was 8:30. "Brian I better go I have to work in the morning." I had to get home befor he tried to kiss me. As much as I wanted to the thought scared me. "Jenna it's still early." "Brian...please." "Ok."
~~Brian~~
I got home as Nick was walking out the front door. "Where ya goin?" I asked him. "Me and Calie are going out for ice cream. Wanna come?" "No. Hey can I ask you something?" "Shoot." "What happen beween you and Jenna? I know you guys liked each other when we all first met. Why didn't you ever go out?" "Why?" "I was just curious." I can't believe I did that. With the look on his face I could tell he knew I liked her. "Well she was in a bad realationship and she wasn't ready to date yet." "How bad?" "He hit her alot. Brian why are you so interested in this?" I had to think of something fast. "Cause ya'll looked cute together. I didn't understand why you never went out." "Umm, ok. Well gotta go." He said and ran next door to get Calie.
~~Jenna~~
Calie left with Nick. I decided to just go to bed. I turned all the lights off and went to my room. I changed my clothes and opened my window befor getting in bed. I layed there and all I could do was think about Brian. He was so sweet. I love the way he could always make me laugh. A few minutes passed and all the sudden I could hear Brian's sweet, soft voice singing "I'll Never Break Your Heart" through my window. I sat up on my bed and a single tear fell down my cheek. I slowly walked to the window and saw him standing below it singing. I could tell he was truely singing from his heart. I turned away from the window to go down and meet him out side. When I got to the front door and opened it Brian was already standing there holding a rose out to me with a sweet smile. A few more tears fell from my eyes as I took the rose. Brian slowly walked closer to me and wrapped his arms tight around my waist. "I'll never break yor heart heart and I'll never hurt you." He whispered in my ear softly as I put my arms around his neck. We embraced each other tightly for a few minutes without saying anything. He slowly pulled away from me. He leaned in close. "Can I kiss you?" He asked softly looking into my eyes. "Brian...I can't." I told him with tears once again falling. I wanted so bad to kiss his soft lips, but I didn't want to hurt him. "Why Jenna?" He asked sweetly. "Cause the last time I closed my eyes to kiss someone..." "Jenna it's me, Brian, I'm not going to hurt you...I care about you." I looked into his eyes and was lost. "Close your eyes." He whispered and I did. Then felt him softly press his lips to mine. I slowly began to kiss him back. The kiss was so beautiful. I had never felt what I was feeling befor. I felt like I was floating up to the sky and my heart was racing. We kissed for a few minutes and then slowly parted. Brian stood there looking deep into my eyes and smiled so sweetly. I stuck out my hand and he placed is hand in mine. I then led him into the house. We sat on the couch and cuddled up close together. "Jenna?" He said softly. "What?" "Does this mean....you want to be more than friends?"I didn't say yes, instead I leaned in and kissed him. He knew I was saying yes and slightly smiled as I kissed him.
~~Calie~~
Me and Nick got to the ice cream place down the road and there was a big group of girls there. So he waited in his truck while I went to the window to get our ice cream. We sat in his truck eating our ice cream and talking about basketball. The whole time he was talking I studied his face. He had the cuttest smile and his eyes were crystal blue. I also noticed all his little cute facial expressions while he talked. I wanted to kiss him again. As he was telling me about the Lakers and Pistons game I quickly leaned in and placed my lips to his. Without hesitation he passionatly kissed me back. The kisses got deeper and deeper and the windows began to fog. After a few minutes Nick quickly pulled back and rested against his seat. "We have stop." He said catching his breath. His cheeks were flushed and he looked so good. I could tell by the way he looked at me he wanted more and couldn't take it and that's why he pulled away. "We better go." I told him and we drove home.
We pulled into my drive way and he shut the engine off. I went to open the door and to my surprise Nick grabbed my waist, pulled me up to him and kissed me deeply. I then felt his bare hands go up the back of my shirt. After a few minutes of extremly heavy making out I pulled back. "Nick...Brian might see us out here." I told him softly and a little sad that we had to end the hot makeout session. "Ok." He said sounding a little dissapointed and we went into our houses.
~~Jenna~~
I woke up to my alarm clock ringing in my ear. Without opening my eyes I waved my hand around to shut it off. I was almost back to sleep and had to force my eyes open. The first thing I saw was the rose from Brian laying next to me with a note. I picked up the note and rolled on my back to read it with a huge smile spread on my face.
The note....
"My sweet Jenna,
You looked so peaceful sleeping last night I didn't want to wake you. So I carried you to your bed. Come see me after you work. I'll be thinking of you."
I rolled out of my bed, or rather floated out of bed still smiling. Set the note on my dresser and got ready for work.

I woke up and Jenna was already gone to work. I took a shower and started going through my clothes. I then realized it had been a long time since I did my laundry. The only clean clothes I had were realy dressy clothes. So I went to Jenna's room. "She wont mind if I borrow a pair of shorts." I told myself walking up to her dresser. I opened the middle droor and took out a pair of shorts. I held them up and that's when I saw the note. The note was personal and I didn't want to read it, but when I saw "My sweet Jenna" I got to curious and had to read it.
