The Path to Your Left

You decide to take the path to your left, since you are a left-handed elf. As you walk, you look around yourself. To your left are a series of markings. You think that they could be some kind of language, but none that you know of. To your right, are pictures of creatures screaming out in terror, pain, and sorrow. You see the pictures and wonder if taking the path to your left was such a good idea.

You begin to walk faster, for you fear that your chasers are gaining on you. As you keep heading deeper and deeper into the cave, you notice that it is getting warmer. Soon, you start to hear a faint humming noise, and you worry over what it could be.

You notice that some of the creatures pictured on the wall are the winged fairies of the forest. As you get nearer to the humming sound, you notice that it is interrupted every now and then by a dripping noise.

Presently, you come to another fork in the path. Should you take the path to your right, where the humming noise is coming from, or to your left, towards the dripping?

You choose...

... to head towards the dripping noise...
... to head towards the humming noise...
... to retreat back to the main page...
