You decide to head towards the dripping noise, for it seems more calming. As you walk towards the noise, you need to stoop more and more, for the ceiling of the cave starts to slant slightly downwards.
After several hundred yards, you reach the source of the dripping noise. There is a huge, open room before you, filled with beautiful natural ponds. You are delighted to have found this place, and hurry over to the nearest pool of water. It is as clear as crystal, and about 5 feet deep -- deep enough for you to swim in, for you are about average height for an elf.
You take off your shoes and gingerly step into the water. It is not too cold, but actually fairly warm. You relax into the water, not caring that your clothes are still on, for the water is so soothing to the mind and body. You feel as though you could lie in the calming pool for all eternity, and so you decide to begin right now.
