Hitterbox started playing together in December of 2000. We have all played together in one capacity or another throughout the last 6-8 years, until we finally ended up here. We play a groove oriented hardcore, overlaid with melodic guitars. Our influences include bands such as Black Sabbath, Alice in Chains, Helmet, Stone Temple Pilots, the Deftones, and Quicksand; among many others. We are from Central Arkansas, with Eric, Ryan, and Jeff living in Malvern, and Adam and Casey living in Hot Springs. We record at Studio V in Jonesboro, using Pro-Tools, and play various venues in Central Arkansas. |
