The band started oddly enough with the meeting of Nick Peters and Andy Solger in their third hour health class sophmore year. Nick was telling Andy of his growing interest in guitar after he had just purchased his BC Rich Warlock Bronze Series. Nick also told Andy about his wanting to form a band. Andy had a little drum experience but no gear. Nick continued to push Andy to get a drum set finally (eight months later) when Andy asked Adam if he would sing for the band and play some rhythm guitar, Andy got his first kit. The band was missing a bassist. They found one in Erik Anderson. So in the late February of 2000 the band formed.
So the band decided to pick up a couple Metallica covers. The band went to Night Club tryouts and got rejected. Shortly after that a lot of hell broke loose. Adam left the band because of differences with Nick and Andy. Shortly after Erich left because of continuing arguments going on with Nick. So it was just Andy and Nick. Andy and Nick jammed with Mike Debore(?) once in hopes of starting a new band. That didn't work out well. Mike had been playing for a much longer time than Andy and Nick, so his arrogant attitude got them nowhere. Soon after Andy and Nick found a guitarist, Chris, from Wacounda who also had a bassist. That fell through after only jamming one time with the band. Erich rejoined the band again. Soon after the band started putting a string of wanted adds on the web. Nothing worked out. Nick found a guitarist from his improv class that he was taking at Dr. Woods. This is where "Mr. Dictionary" Nick Sinski was introduced to the band. The band began first makings of "Free". So the band just needed a vocalist. Adding pressure to get one was the upcoming Battle of the Bands at Dundee-Crown. So the band went back to Adam. Adam was ready and willing to come back and the band was set.
The band finally came up with Downfall after Nick heard it in his English class. So the band went to Battle of the Bands tryout and played pretty well. Unfortunately they didnt make it. After that was the Cary-Grove talent show Night Club. Mr Dictionary could not play this show because he was not a student at Cary-Grove. The band made and got some exposure. Soon after the band prepared for Cary Days. The show was alright just not what the band wanted. If it was not for the shitty sound guy. The band went through some tough times after that. Nick Sinski seemed to be losing interest in the band it seemed and was kicked out soon after.
The then began working on some recordings. After about a week the band got the tape done except for Erich Anderson's bass parts after he had not shown up for practice in a week. Erich then told Andy that he was leaving the band for lack of interest. Erich finished up his recordings and left.
Enter Adam Doescher as the new bass player. Adam has been friends with the band since the beginning of the summer so he was an oblivious choice. The band started jamming again and confrontations started. Five days after coming home from school Nick left the band. Thats where we are today. The saga still continues...
