Summary Points
   * As our population changes, with more retirees and early retirees
moving in, we will have the need for more people in the medical
profession. This is why there is substantial growth in the
Weimer area.
        * Many areas of town are reaching commercial space saturation.

        * Modular housing is the way of the future, as labor costs

are a big part of housing cost increases.

        *  We need to look at different septic systems and/or larger

lot sizes, as current septic systems are polluting our ground water.

        * We have hope for the future because our children are being

    raised with green building concepts.

Don Krause Don Krause: It seems the local people have a tough time competing with out of state money which jacks prices up. We also thought governmental regulations need to be more responsive.

Christopher Madrid:  The Community Housing Development Corporation Association is a vehicle that taps many Federal resources, that talks about housing. We don't have that initial input. May we can move that forward.  Chris Madrid
