                                          Head Injury Post Concussion.

What
A Brain injury can result even if you are wearing a helmet. Even if your car has a air bag or multiple air bags. No matter how much protective gear you have a internal injury cannot be prevented. Why is it so?

Because protective gear air bags will only save you from a external injury. The brain floats in the CSF and is surrounded by the skull. In a collision specially rear ended it will hit the skull and cause neuronal axonal injury. It may or may not result in a blackout but will cause fatigue, memory problems , forgetfulness , dizziness , balance problems , difficulty driving.

Vision problems, tilting to one side while walking. Loud sounds will bother them. Unable to sleep at night because they can now hear the neighbors cat or dog!

Fix
All the problems can be fixed. For the problem at night wear ear plugs. Wear the ear plugs even in the day. Wear dark glasses and keep a notebook to remember stuff. If you have specific problems contact us.
The real cause

Yes all the problems are caused by neuronal/ axonal injury. Have seen a waiter who was bumped in the head while serving develop this problem and he did improve. Another was kicked by a horse and many who were in MVA.

Post-concussion syndrome refers to a constellation of symptoms often experienced after receiving a concussion, which is temporary loss of consciousness (getting knocked out essentially) due to a trauma. Examples of concussions include those due to motor vehicle accidents, and those due to knockouts in boxing matches. The typical symptoms include lightheadedness and dizziness, headaches, loss of concentration, irritability, trouble thinking with memory problems, and nausea.

Neurological symptoms like weakness (paralysis), numbness, inability to speak etc. are not present and if such symptoms are, you are dealing with a more major degree of head trauma that has caused actual physical destruction of part of the brain, or so-called brain contusion, rather than temporarily discombobulating it without causing permanent damage.

Post-concussion syndrome is usually a self-limited problem that gradually improves over time. Minor head trauma is a completely nonspecific tern with no particular medical meaning other than that it was not a major head trauma.

Plan
Every person needs a specific plan. Depending on how they walk, sit, stand . What their nutrition status is like. What other supplements they are on and what activities they are involved in.

Just to start applying ice over the affected area and stretching it should resolve some symptoms. Laying down in a hot tub of water should help. Anti-inflammatory medication including Tylenol OTC can be used up to a week to help this pain.

Get your body conditioned.

A hot shower in the morning will rid you of all muscle stiffness  faster then any medication on Earth.

Why does a approaching storm cause more pains in the body?

Low pressure precedes the storm and will cause the muscles to expand and hurt. So a higher pressure will make you feel better.

So similarly living in higher altitudes may cause pain. As it has been proven that human tissue expands at higher altitude. Those breast implants get bigger up there.
