Dragonball Z Beyond Hell Rulez Page
Welcome to the Rulez page.Thiz iz a page that will dull down all the fun crap you can do,heh j/P.Have fun.
You may only be one char. in thiz game.You may not go on another s/n and join agian az another char.There iznt really much I can do to stop thiz.But I have my wayz of findng things out.I hope I dont ceatch any of you doing thiz,if you have a heart you will not do thiz,you will let other people join and help to get people to join.If I catch you cheating you are done ith thiz rpg.You have been warned.
On thiz rpg you are not aloud to Fight/Search,Spar/Train,Travel/Train,Spar/Search,travel/buy items (unless you are at the invisable ship)search/travel at the same time. YOu may fight/train,fight/spar,spar/travel,fight/travel,fight/buy items,spar/buy items.
All itemz that are small such az a scouter,sybamen bean, all take 8 dayz to look for without a scouter,w/scouter it takes 4 dayz.Big itemz like power pole,saiyan armor all take 6dayz without a scouter.With a scouter it takes 3dayz.
Earth dragonballz take 6dayz without a dragon ball radar and 3 with a dragon ball radar.Namek ballz take 8dayz without dragonball radar and with a radar takes 4 dayz. Namek ballz need a password to open them up witch take 5 dayz either way.Black Star ballz take 10dayz without a radar and with a radar takes 5dayz.These also need a password 3dayz.When searching for the black star dragonballz you might encouter a boss.You have a 55/45 chance of winning to him but you dont get any pl added to your pl or max.
You may only train for a move that iz on the planet you are on. Ex; Goku on Vegeta training for split form…thats a no no.You can only fight or spar with a person on the same planet az you.
It takes these many dayz to get to a planet.

I will try and make thiz less confusing az I can...what are you alredy lost? Well that iz to bad.To determine how many dayz it will take to get from planet to planet just take the name earth and replace it with the anet you are on(ex: Namek+Planet X=17dayz)
There are some moves witch are used as power ups. These moves are: Oozaru, Super Sayjin, Kaioken, Split Form, Extra Arms and +5%PL. These moves can never be used together. However they can all be used with the Power up 5x PL. And all exept Kaioken can be used with the power up, Triple power. (Example: You could use Oozaru at the same time as 5x PL and get 25x PL)
In order to train under King Kai you must travel down Snake Way.It alwayz takes 10dayz to get down snake way,unless your pl iz from 1-30 then it takes 15dayz.Be warned just cuz you are on King Kia's planet doesnt mean you are not able to fihgt,matter of fact King Kai recomends it.Have a nice day
Each person is allowed 4henchmen/soldiers/etc.. That henchman can do all the things a regular character can do. Like battle, spar and learn moves. However if a henchman dies it you have four dayz to go down there and get him.After those four dayz he iz erased from the game and you must buy the seeds or buy one depending on itz race.
If you die then you must go to the next dimension/heaven. You must spend at least 6 days in the N.D. But you may stay longer if you wish. Just E-mail Vegeta,Veggeto,or Nappa if you want to remain in the N.D./Heaven.If you die in the N.D./heaven then you must go to the Home for Infinite Losers (HFIL)/Hell. Once in the HFIL/Hell you must spend a minimum of 10dayz there. The only way to King Kai's planet is snake way witch is in the N.D/heaven. So you must be dead to recieve training from King Kai.If you are Heaven or hell you will go back to your home planet (home planet being your teams home planet or if you are a indev. then you just re-start on earth.If you are in hell you may tell us that you want to return to the N.D./heaven if you want to go there but you will spend the rest of your time there.Once you decide…say you want to go back to N.D/Heaven,then you may be killed so becare full please.
You may only battle five times a week. In a battle the loser (normaly the person who dies) get's 5pl. The winner gets 15 PL. The winner is detemined by: Item's, PL and techniques(attacks). The PL plays the biggest part of it. You can only battle somebody on the same planet as you.Along with sparing and such.If you fight someone and they have atleast 100pl or higher (includes max) and you win you geet 20pl added insteadof 15pl.Thiz way it iz better to fight stronger people.
Each person may spar only once a week.When you spar each of whoever is sparing gets 50% of each others PL.. The person you spar with must agree to the spar. And you must both be on the same planet and Dimension. If you learn split form technique you may spar with yourself and gain 5% of your own pl.You can spar with yourself once a week and then spar with someone else but you can NOT spar with yourself twice. We set this up so there is no cheating and no confusion. Also there are no team spars,you may spar with your team but the most you can hold in a spar iz 5 people.You may only do this every 10dayz.
WEB MASTER NOTE: I made these fighting rules on purpose.I dont want everyone including myself to get super buff,super fast.I like my way of this,you might say to me if you dont want us getting pl fast then change the %,well I tryed that over a past week just working up numberz and I have to tell you in a weekz time with all your fights and sparz you can be up at 50 in 1 week or close to it.The only way you can spar with yourself iz with the split form tech. on namek.
You must be a Saiyain to use Oozaru or Super Sayjin. There iz four levelz of super saiyan. You must know fake moon and Oozaru control in order to go Oozaru. Then you may use it anytime you want. But if you do not have the Oozaru control technque you might accidently destroy yourself or a team mate.Just to for warn you.
From now on if you are just sitting on your a** (your stats say "training") you are really not doing anything,thiz tells you to stop slacking or you will be destroyed by other playerz. You do not gain PL daily for doing nothing. You will receive 1PL every other day you are wearing anything with weightedness (iz that even a word?),unless you are in a GE pod then you will gain 2pl every other day. If you are in a GE pod and HAVE wieghted clothing you will gain 5PL per day.
If anyone uses the Earth/Namek/Black Star dragonballs it takes 22 days before they may be used again. To use the Namek/Black Star dragonballz you need to find a password.Go up to the top of the page to see how long it will take to look for the password.
This iz about teamz. A team can consist of ten people not couting saiybamen/henchmen/solders.
WEB MASTER NOTE: If you betray a team or team mate,dont cry to us about them getting there revenge.You messed up and got f*cked for it.Also if you are killed dont quit the rpg just cuz you got killed.If you do thiz then dont join the RPG at all,we dont need wussys to join thiz game.After all its just a game.
After the RPG starts and new people join you have to give them 5dayz before you decide to kill them.Hey itz just fair......iznt it?
You can not dock with another space ship in space.It iz stupid and illegal!
Thiz iz pretty much fair game,if you kill someone you may take any of there itemz but only one unless you learn the Foregin Touch.You may decide if you want to take half there cash,their sybamen/henchmen/soldier,or one item.To be fiar you have to wait 5dayz til after a person gets a sybamen/henchmen/soldier before you may take it.
WEB MASTERS NOTE: If you steal someones sybamen/soldier/henchmen itz pl well go down by half unless it iz at 1 and itemz will start over.But it will keep itz techniques.
Alright here iz the graphs for the transformations.I worked thiz out pretty well.It all comes out pretty nice.But bewarned,you can NOT use kaioken with transformtaions,as listed above.

The rulez about the DRAGONBALLZ
All wishes must be approved by the web master ( who at this time is Nappa,Vegeta,and Veggeto ).The rules below are rules that I nappa have made.I my self alone am only one person I can not think for hundreds.So if you ask me to do somthing I think iz inappropriate
These rulez apply for all dragon ballz in DragonBall Z Beyond Hell.Enjoy az I know you will.
In thiz game you are aloud to make up a item but it can not have unlimited power,such as:If I were to make some armor thous armor can not block every type of attack and or item n this game.This armor would only be aloud to take off of 32% of energy/ki/pys/attacks,and if the person that uses this attack is stronger then the one w/the armor the armor will barley reflect any or every attack used on it.Such as if attack waz used it would only reflect about 9-15% of the attack.If weapon iz made the most pl it will give is between 20-30 no more. This weapon can not have any special ability as or the armor also. This is a weapon not a damn magic wand,and if a wand is requested you will be rejected and it will use up one of your wishes (how you like them cookies ya smart ass basterd?).This weapon can not be used as a weapon and armor,it iz either a weapon or armor,cannot be both.No more then ONE of these items can be requested/one for one person or ne for all team mates and if another person joins after wish is made to damn bad they missed out.Also if you join a team just to get a wish you will be eaten up by the dragon sense he sees the evil you show.You must be on that team for about 1week so they can test you.A wish like this as in any kind of wish can only be granted once (if a person gets one of such items he can not leave his team to make another wish w/another team for the same thing or anything like it he/she will be excluded from the wish (you have to decide weather you want a weapon or armor or itme (bad part aboutweapons if it s used (you decide to attack someone stronger)aginst someone stronger and you lose you will lose your weapon(it will go to the other person or desapair.)Once one of these wishes are made either the weapon or armor or item is requested one will apear on a planet (unknown where) and a person that already either has a weapon or armor for this wish cannot look for the item.If you wish for a item to give you great power,a way high pl or max pl,your wish will be forfited,you can ask for a item that increases your pl but only by 5pl,no more.
If you wish for a movethat none else has you will find out the consiquinces ( you will loose that move in a matter of fight/spar ranging from 1-12,that move will make a trainer and can be taught to anyone,or will be ignored.)If you wish for a move you will have to train for 1 day or two depending on the real lenght of the move.
NOTE: You can NOT wish for Kaioken,bringer of worldz or destroyer of worldz.You will have to train for them like everyone else.
If you wish someone dead the dragon (either of them) will have to be stronger then the person you want to kill or want dead,you cant ask for a whole team or tons of people dead.
You cant wish for someone's PL or Max PL to be decreased/increased unless it is by 15.And 15 only (Ex. Nappa:PL-200 after wish Nappa:Pl-215,Veggeto:Max PL-200 after wish Veggeto:Max PL-215)
You cant wish for someone to forget a move (you can wish for amneasa…witch lasts for 1 battle,it makes the person loose a random move or if you decide a move.But only for 1 battle)
You cant wish to be another char. (if I catch you cheating and being another char while you already have one you will be kicked off of the site,thats a fair warning.Or if you are caught cheating you will be picked a random char of MY choosen).
You can not wish for a team to fight or split up.I mean how pathetic would you be for that to happen,oh yeah I dare you to have a team spar,come on if your that stupid to waste a wish like split or make a team fight have them spar come on.
You can not wish for a kill in every battle.
You can not wish to destroy a planet,if you do so you will be placed in N.D./Heaven for aslong as your suppose to with out being able to learn moves or fight/spar.You may be killed thou.
You can not wish for all the dragon ballz from another planet,I mean come on…you may wish for it but you will only get 1 ball
You can not wish a Scenerio Boss dead. Unless it says you can on the scenerio boss page.Or if the scenerio boss iz stronger then the dragon that you are asking to grant the wish.
You can not wish to let one of the eternal dagons to be set free. I know how loving you all are so...
You can not wish for more then 575 credits
Those are all the wishes I could think of up to thiz point.Trust me I belive strongly in once the game iz satrted you cant change the ruelz and that I wont due unless it iz unfair to a certain extent.
I belive in freedom strongly so if I am dumming it down to much please tell me.I am open for all sorts of ideas,but this doesnt mean your question will be granted.
