Attorneys and Judges keep using the words "pro se" and you have to correct them when they do this. They are not telling you WHY they do this or what the terms really mean. They are NOT telling you that in the court they WANT EVERYONE TO BE A FICTION .... THEY ARE NOT CONSTITUTIONAL COURTS OF THE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT OPERATING COURTS IN WHICH YOU HAVE RIGHTS. THEY ARE OPERATING A COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS IN WHICH YOU ARE A COMMODITY, A SLAVE TO BE EXPLOITED. THE SYSTEM THEY ARE OPERATING DOES NOT CONSIDER YOUR INHERENT RIGHTS, YOUR ABUSE OR INJURIES - ONLY YOUR MONETARY VALUE AND WHETHER OR NOT IT MOVES IN THE MACHINE. HUMAN RIGHTS, THE BILL OF RIGHTS PROCESS, REQUIRES THE COURT TO BE NEUTRAL TO THE CLAIMS OF ADVERSE PARTIES, PEOPLE, CONTRACTS SIGNED BY PEOPLE, NOT FICTIONS, AS THEY ARE DOING NOW. THE FRAUD IS ALL IN THE PROCESS. THE LAW IS ALSO IN THE LAWFUL PROCESS, WHEREIN THE TRUTH IS THE STANDARD IN LAW.
Sui Juris is taking back the courts without representation ... this is a wonderful sign that people are learning their rights and excercising them in courts across America now. The BAR association has created for themselves a monopoly on the courts, acting in conflict of interest in all three branches of government. The whole unconstitutional corporate scheme is enforced by bar attorneys and judges. The BAR cannot be allowed to intervene in the sui juris cases that the people are bringing to our courts.
They are terrified that their empire is falling apart, now totally discredited, the people are not trusting them now. Finally the scope of the deception is being realized by the people, and we are learning to say NO to outlaw schemes and all who are violating our rights. The efforts of the BAR to keep up their facade is becoming ridiculous, and obvious, as they keep trying to force the people into their represented status. It is not "pro se" where the people have Inherent Rights. They call their program "Self Represented".... you do NOT "represent" yourself... you ARE yourself.... the difference is night and day in the court, between you being a living sovereign with Inherent Rights or being a represented human as a dead person, at disability or fiction like a corporation.
Time to end all this nonsense criminalizing all the people for their profit. The WRITTEN PAPERWORK is the language of the court. As any reasonable people would understand. That is all
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND THAT TAKING THEIR ISSUES IN TO THE COURT IS NOT ABOUT HIRING ATTORNEYS TO RAISE THE CORE ISSUES THAT HAVE TO BE RAISED. NO REPRESENTATIVE CAN MAKE ANY HUMAN CLAIM OF INJURY OR INHERENT RIGHTS. ONLY THE PEOPLE OURSELVES CAN DO THIS. THIS WHOLE MOVEMENT TO TURN AROUND CORRUPTION IS NOT ABOUT ATTORNEYS DOING IT. THEY ARE THE REASON FOR THE CORRUPTION. LIKE THE ARTICLE ABOVE, THEY MANIPULATE AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO PROFIT AND RETAIN CONTROL, AS THEY HAVE LOST CONTROL NOW. THEIR WHOLE SCHEME MUST BE DISSOLVED. ONCE WE RESTORE OUR PLACE OF AUTHORITY AND THE LAW, IT FILTERS OUT FROM THE COURTROOM CORE TO THE AGENCIES, THE OTHER BRANCHES, THE WHOLE PUBLIC TRUST RESTORED. RIGHT NOW IT IS COMPLETLY DISCREDITED. WE HAVE TO MAKE THIS DELUGE INTO A RISING FLOOD THAT INCAPACITATES THE CORRUPTED SYSTEM. THEY ARE NOT UPHOLDING THE LAW OR THEIR OATHS. THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED. THESE ARE OUR COURTROOMS THEY HAVE SUBVERTED. THE PEOPLE HAVE TO LEARN THEIR RIGHTS AND DO IT NOW.
The law is simple and clear. There is ONE court, and ONE lawful process. They are not operating under Article III "in law and equity" and there is no court of remedy for the people at this time. Attorneys like to say that the people filing their own complaints is like someone performing their own heart surgery, and they laugh. It is not true at all, and outside of basic simple process, you can make your case better than anyone in the world. They know this, and that their manipulation is to control the courtroom, they all have scripted parts and it is only about money to them, no law in it. Every day we tell people "you care more about your case than anyone else, no one will defend you like you will, no one cares about your children like you do, no one will really follow the facts of the case like you will..." and that is the truth.
Most people are afraid to try to file their own Complaints not understanding process. We wrote the Sui Juris book for this purpose. It outlines the attorney process being used in the courts so that lay people can use it too. AS IS OUR ABSOLUTE RIGHT. We have had MANY judges tell us "you have the absolute right to represent yourselves" (they wont say it differently). In 2002, when the courts stole our home in an outlaw act of agression, after being in jail, the District Attorney wrote on the sentencing form "sui juris" and crossed out "pro se", and recommended to the judge that we were "constitutionalists, and would not participate in probation or programs, so we should be released time served". This was an acknowledgment of sui juris status that they rarely will make. It is ALL in the process.
We hope to see this trend for the people to take back the courts completely, when people restore lawful process and come into OUR courts on OUR public record, being heard and making our claims, bringing our remedy, insisting on the TRUTH, accountability, prosecution of any agents of the state, agencies, courts who violate our rights.
People have to see these are more fraudulent efforts to grab the person who walks in to a courtroom with an issue and needs advice. In Oregon they have set up pro se" vans to "assist" people.... You dont want any bar representative anywhere near your name or yourself or your family, they work for the state corporate scheme and WROTE the whole outlaw process being enforced right now. The Patriot Act is just an encoding of what they were doing already. The new administrative Talmudic scheme is called the Justice 2020, Courts of Mediation and Arbitration. They have created levels of court, where money buys a jury trial if you get it that far.
There is to be ONE interface between the people and the state and that is the ONE lawful court and ONE lawful process. NOT a representative manipulating the case and the record, in violation of the public trust. SEE through the deceptions. You do NOT want to be in ANY "represented" status in the courtroom or you have waived your Inherent Rights and cannot make any claims for yourself or your children. We all have to learn PROCESS and understand WHY they do the things they are doing to us and HOW they are doing it. We hope people will learn the meaning of Sui Juris, we have focused our website on this information. When enough of us know our rights and that we have the right to excercise our authority, and that public servant bar members in black robes WORK FOR US, are to be neutral and are NOT the authority in a courtroom..... we turn it all back to lawful jurisdiction. We SEE what they intend to do - it is what WE do that matters....
Do not give another dime to any BAR attorney or judge, start impeaching treasonous legislators, agency heads, appointed and elected criminals violating the public trust. WE have to restore our Courts of Constitutional Judicial Due Process in order to hold them accountable. Judges now are acting OUTRAGEOUSLY as though they are minor gods, and say so "my court" they say..... NOT.
STOP ALLOWING THIS TO CONTINUE BY PAYING THEM FOR SERVICES.... LIKE THE BULL ON THE FARM SERVICES THE COW, WE KNOW WHAT SERVICES MEANS......
