Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q. Is this site secure?

    A. YES! The registration is run through REGNOW and NOT through this site, so none of your transaction information is viewed by anyone except your bank.

  • Q. The password won't work! What do I do!!??!?

    A. you registered the right version! We have 3 different golf games.

  • Q. I registered a game, but didn't get a password (or) I got an email confirmation, but no registration code, why?

After registering, you will recieve 2 email confirmations, one from our online bank confirming the order, and one from us shortly after containing your password (If the password is not herein, it is contained in the email sent from the bank as a 'regcode').

Please allow up to 24 hours after the time of your order to recieve your password. It usually doesn't take more than a few hours, but some credit cards take longer to verify than others.

  • Q. Why are the games so scratchy??
  • A. Your computer may not be equiped to run these sort of windows based games. The minimum hardware for good game play should be atleast a 486 with 16 MB RAM.
  • Q. What if the game doesn't install right?
  • A. These games require a certain DLL file that is included in the installation. If you are installing the games onto a non-local drive you may run into problems. Otherwise, you may want to try downloading the setup file again and try to reinstall once more.
  • Q. I downloaded a game, installed it, and everything worked out fine, but I can't do anything once the game starts. Why?
  • A. Most of the games downloadable from this site are setup with a default joystick or game pad setting. These can usually be changed in the game menus.
