Step 1.
Once you've decided what records you want, make a list of them on a piece of paper. Please list alternative choices in case something is out of stock, especially if you are ordering off of a catlog that is several months old.
Step 2.
Figure out how much your order is going to cost. Remember that all prices listed in the catalog are postage paid (meaning that postage has already been calculated into the price) for U.S. orders only and are shipped by Media Mail. If you are from outside the U.S. or would like your order shipped by something other than media mail (priority, overnight, 1st class, etc.) then please read the info below marked "other ordering info" for more information.
Step 3.
Get together your payment. If you are sending cash then it is at your own risk so make sure you hide it well and that you use US funds only please. As far as checks/money order go...payment must be made out to either Shelly Delbridge or Eric Corder NOT Catchphraze. if you make out a check/money order to Catchphraze we can not cash it and it will be sent back to you without your order.
All checks and money orders must also be drawn in US funds only please. All checks will be subject to a two week waiting period to make sure that the check is not going to bounce. If your check bounces you will pay any fees that we get charged in the case of bad checks- this is usually somewhere around a $15.00 fee. please make sure you actually have the money if you intend to write a personal check!
Step 4.
Put your list of stuff you want, along with your payment and your shipping address, in an envelope. Make sure to include your address so that we know where to send your order! Once you put this stuff together, seal it in an envelope and mail it to:

Add the appropriate postage and send your letter on it's way.
Step 6.
Sit back and wait for your order to arrive. cash and money orders will make your order arrive faster. as stated above, all orders made with a check will be subject to a two week waiting period to assure that the check will not bounce. We send records the cheapest way possible, in order to save everyone money. This also means, in some cases, it will take more than a few days for your order to arrive. We do our best to get stuff out in a timely manner, but also please realise that not only are we human beings, but the postal service seldom gets things where they're going very quickly! We cannot be held responsible for delays and/or mistakes that the post office makes. If it's been more than a month for US orders (foreign orders may take a bit longer), please write us and we will let you know when your order went out to clear up any worries!
