Job Summary:

The Vice President for Academic Innovation & Performance is 
responsible for creating and sustaining an environment of 
academic distinctiveness and performance which advances the 
institution's mission, vision and reputation for innovation 
and excellence. The primary duties of this position include 
working collaboratively with OSU-Okmulgee's stakeholders and 
the larger community in the development and administration 
of high quality academic programs and services within an 
atmosphere of institutional effectiveness and accountability. 

The Vice President for Academic Innovation & Performance will 
be expected to exhibit a clear commitment to diversity and 
multiculturalism.


Background Check Type: Criminal History Records Check


Education and Experience
Required
Degree: Master's

Experience: Minimum of three years of significant higher education 
            leadership experience required.

Preferred
Degree: Ph.D. / Ed.D.

Experience: ABD and senior-level experience in a postsecondary, 
technical education environment.

         Straight up 75, about 40 miles to Sherman, TX.

         Once past Sherman, 75 merges in with 69 which
              comes in from the east. This happens right
              above the TX/OK state line near Dennison/Pottsburo.

         Continue north for about 35-40 miles, and then at 
                  Atoka, 75 splits off to the west slightly
                  and then straight north for about 60 miles.

         Until 75 runs into InterState 40, which both then
               run East 5 miles, and then 75 heads north again

         About 10 - 12  more miles north on 75.

         Exit HighWay 56 (which runs to the west),
              back to the east is OKSUniv 56 to the east
              becomes "East 6th street" which run right by
              the shuul.
