Classroom Policies & Expectations


Be in your seat when the tardy bell rings.

Listen carefully to all instructions.

Observe demonstrations provided by the instructor.

Be willing to share art supplies, tools, and equipment with others.

Do not destroy or waste art supples, tools or equipment.

Bathroom passes will not be issued during class. 
Restrooms are used during passing periods and NOT during class time.

Food and drinks (except for bottled water) are not allowed in the art rooms.

Students are expected to clean their work area & return all tools and supplies to their designated areas.

Stay in your assigned seat until the bell rings. DO NOT stand at the door.

Do not bring CD players or headphones to class, do not touch the classroom radio.

During art class, we will be creating and learning about ART.

 We expect your complete participation and cooperation. There will be no sleeping,

 just sitting, and doing homework for other classes. 

 if you finish your art work early, ask what you can do next.


Violation of classroom policies will result in detention 
(lunch or afterschool) and/or referral to the School Adminstration.
