I've been working, doing after school care at a local school here for about a month. Today I was out on the playground helping some kindergarten boys with their paper airplanes. I didn't know how to fold them and they were waiting for one of the other teachers to come out. So we were shootin' the breeze, chatting, when one of them looks up at me suddenly, as if a thought had just occurred to him,"Are you a grown up?" he said.
"Yes, I am" I smirked....
"You're not a teenager?" said the other one.
"Nope, but I'm the mom of 3 teenagers."
They about fell off of their bench with amazement.
No problem, really....it's a common mistake. =)
