 Anniversary Cake! This cake was a 9x 13 cake. The "scroll" and the leaves were made of fondant. The roses were buttercream. |
 Bear Cake This cake was the stand up bear pan decorated in whipped cream icing with overalls on. The hat came from the craft section of Walmart. I put a little saran wrap under it to keep it out of the icing. |
 Butterfly Cake This was made with the butterfly pan using whipped icing. |
 Strawberry Shortcake This cake was the new strawberry shortcake pan, placed onto an 11x15 sheet cake pan. All of the pink frosting was strawberry canned frosting as requested by the customer. The white and other colors were whipped icing. |
 Doll Cake This cake was made in a huge glass measuring cup..I don't have a wonder mold pan. I did use a doll pick. With the exception of her hat everything else was done in whipped icing. |
 Cowboy Cake This cake was a 11x15 sheet cake with a buttercream transfer....that didn't work..I did it wrong so I ended up freehanding it...not my best work but the little boy I made it for refused to cut it....lol so that made me feel lots better :) |
 Horse This cake was 2 11"x15" cakes side by side. It was done in 4 flavors. The horse was made completly from chocolate. I used a "pantastic" horse pan for a mold. |
 Soccer Ball cake This cake was done in a large glass measuring cup...since I didn't have the ball pan. I used chocolate fudge icing as a base for the black icing. |
 Butterfly Rose Cake This was a 6 inch heart cake. One layer with a giant rose on top. The rose was white and I used the yellow color spray. The butterfly came from the craft dept. of Walmart. |
