Each stamp is printed in four colors, of which the background colour is listed here, and overprinted in black, with the Seoul Olympic Games logo and the Olympic rings device. The stamps were printed by letterpress by the Occussi-Ambeno Government Printing Office (KDPN), Baleksetung, Occussi-Ambeno, using a Heidelberg platen press. All stamps are perf 12.
