This issue commemorates the 20th anniversary of the independence of the Sultanate of Occussi-Ambeno. The stamps are printed on colored paper, and were designed by the then Secretary-General of the Council, Mr Geir Sor-Reime. They were printed by the Occussi-Ambeno Government Printing Office (KDPN), Baleksetung, Occussi-Ambeno, using a Heidelberg platen press. All stamps are perf 12.
