The Vorlon Fighter is one of the fasted ship ever seen. The firepower is not as high as that of the Vorlon Transport but speed and agility compensate this drawback. Like all Vorlon ships the fighter is a living lifeform but is not directly linked to a Vorlon. It is currently unknown if this lifeform is artificial or if it is a "normal being" that can be found in the Vorlon Empire space.
Vorlon Fighters never go alone into a battle. A group of fighters enters the battle scene and then they begin chasing their target until it is destroyed. It is impossible for a fighter of the younger races to destroy a Vorlon Fighter in battle without any assistance.

The Vorlon Transports are like living creatures. Each transport is linked to a Vorlon, when the Vorlon dies the transport commits suicide. This happened when Vorlon Ambassador Kosh died after a Shadow attack. His transport left Babylon 5 and flew into a sun. Several scans were made to examine Kosh's ship in docking bay 13 but none of them delivered a satisfying result. The workers in that bay didn't want to get closer to the ship than needed. They were scared of it because the ship entered their dreams when they were sleeping.
As said above, each ship is linked to a Vorlon. This might be the reason that some transports look a bit different in their colors. The ship of the new Vorlon Ambassador has a red skin while the ship of the old Ambassador Kosh had a more yellow/green skin color.
Although the Vorlon Transports are quite small compared to a cruiser, it is an extremely powerful ship. In contrast to the WhiteStar and several other bigger ships a single Vorlon Transport is capable of destroying a Shadow Battlecrab without any assistance.

The Vorlon Dreadnought is one of the most powerful ship, only matched by the Vorlon Planetkiller, the Shadow Planetkiller and the Battleships of the First-Ones. Like all Vorlon ships, the Dreadnought is organic in nature, and seem to be sentient, but there is also a crew of Vorlons on board. The Dreadnought is quite slow and sluggish compared to the Shadow Battlecrab and therefore depends on a fighter escort that protects the ship. The firepower of the ship is extremely high, even compared to a Shadow Battlecrab. It has only one known weapon, a beam that is emitted from an energy field that is generated between the 4 "arms". Obviously the ship can open up a jump-point.
Even a single Vorlon Transport can kill a Battlecrab and it should be no problem for the Dreadnought to destroy such a Battlecrab in a head to head fight. The real power of the Vorlon ships was discovered when they ambushed a Shadow armada in 2260. All Shadow vessels were destroyed with virtually no losses to the Vorlons with only one Dreadnought slightly damaged leaving the battle scene.
The Dreadnaught also has a defensive system that is capable of absorbing energy from beam weapons, thereby reducing damage. The inner workings and effectiveness of this system is unknown. The Vorlons have many ships of this type, but they are rarely seen, since the Vorlons are so reclusive.

The Vorlon Planetkiller is one of the biggest vessel ever seen in the Babylon 5 universe. The Vorlon Planetkiller is an incredibly large and powerful capital ship, it dwarfs even the Vorlon Dreadnaught. The ship was discovered by Susan Ivanova and Ranger Marcus Cole while they were searching for some of the other First-Ones. They found some strange signals in hyperspace and decided to investigate these signals. When they reached the position where the signal came from, they found a huge Vorlon armada and the Planetkiller.
The Vorlons were attacking all planets that ever had contact with the Shadows. They wanted to eliminate all Shadow presence in the universe. To reach their goal they destroyed dozens of planets, some uninhabited but most inhabited. Millions of people died during these attacks. Sheridan assembled a huge armada to act against the destruction of more planets when he found out the reason for the Vorlon attacks. He knew that sooner or later the Vorlons would turn against Mars and Earth.
Another Planetkiller was spotted in Centauri space, heading for Centauri Prime where the Shadow had established a base on the isle of Selini. Londo Molari destroyed all Shadow presence on Centauri Prime but the Vorlons still headed for the planet. The Vorlons moved away from Centauri Prime shortly before they could attack the planet. They needed all forces at Coriana 6 where Sheridan's armada fought against the Vorlons and the Shadows.
The battle in the Coriana system caused heavy losses in the Army of Light forces. When the Planetkiller prepared to fire the main weapon, Sheridan called for the other First-Ones. They concentrated their firepower at the Planetkiller, destroying the ship within seconds. It is still unknown how many Planetkiller the Vorlons had in their naval forces.
The Planetkiller is the ultimate display of Vorlon power, it has the capability of destroying an entire Earth-sized planet. It is unknown how this weapon works, since there has been no survivors to tell their tale.
