The Centauri Atmospheric Shuttle is a transport with the same function as the Earth Atmospheric Shuttle. Size, weapon and defensesystems are nearly the same level. It is designed for moving things from a planetary surface up to orbit, and beyond if needed. These crafts are capable of hovering over a landing spot and landing vertically. They can normally transport 4-5 persons plus some cargo.

The Centauri Transport is about twice the size as its Narn counterpart but defensesystems are nearly the same.

The Sentri Fighter is based on pure speed and firepower but lacks on defense systems. It is capable of flying in space and atmosphere and is in both environments a dangerous enemy. The Centauri use a smaller version of their fusion reactor to power the ship, giving the fighter an extremely long flight and combat duration of maximal 12 hours.

The Sentri Fighter has an advanced autopilot and computer system with artificial intelligence. This AI monitors the activities of the Centauri pilot - flight path, current target, bio signs, etc. Should the pilot black out during high-G maneuvers, the autopilot will instantly take over the ship until the pilot awakens. This gives the Centauri pilot a great advantage in combat situations because his biology doesn't limit the capabilities of the fighter. The Centauri pilots are well known for their extreme G-Force maneuvers throughout the galaxy.

The Centauri Vorchan Cruiser is a high speed military attack vessel and are the backbone of the Centauri military, produced in great numbers. While these ships are not as powerful as the older Primus Class Battlecruiser, they are heavily armed for their size, and they operate in packs with deadly efficiency. The cruiser is equipped with 2 powerful Ion cannons, 16 Twin Particle arrays, Pulse Cannons, 12 Missiles, artificial gravity, tractor beam capability, and they are jump-point capable. The combination of speed and firepower gives the Vorchan Cruiser an advantage to nearly all other vessels of this size and even to bigger ships like the Brakiri Avioki Cruiser.

The main task of the Vorchan Cruiser is to escort and protect bigger ships and convoys. Lacking on defense systems against smaller vessels like fighters, these ships depend on a fighter escort when going into battle against other capital ships. The Vorchan Cruiser has no launch bay and so the fighters have to stay outside the ship the whole time if no Primus Class cruiser accompanies the Vorchan fleet.

In 2262 the Drakh and the Centauri used the Vorchan Cruiser for secret raids against League ships. The League ships had no chance against the Centauri cruiser which were equipped with Shadow technology to control the ship.

Nobody knew who was behind these raids until Ranger Lenier went on a secret mission to investigate these attacks. He attached his Nial Fighter on the bottom of one of the Vorchan Cruiser and followed them into their home system. Shortly after this the Centauri tried to destroy the Babylon 5 jumpgate. This plan was prevented by a Starfury squadron that destroyed the Vorchan Cruiser before it could finish the mission.

The Vorchan Class Warcruisers are the backbone of the Centauri military, produced in great numbers. While these ships are not as powerful as the older Primus Class Battlecruiser, they are heavily armed for their size, and they operate in packs with deadly efficiency.

The Centauri Primus Cruiser is about the same size as the Narn G'Quan Cruiser. The Centauri use a less efficient gravimetric drive system compared to the Minbari. The Primus cruiser is very well armed and equipped with 12 fighters but lacks on speed and defense systems.

Nearly all cruiser are over 200 years old and had to be refitted several times to match today's mission requirements. Despite the problems with the defense system the Primus cruiser is still superior in weapons capability when compared to its counterparts in the Earth Alliance or Narn Regime.

During the Narn-Centauri War two Primus Cruiser have been destroyed in the Babylon 5 system. The first loss occurred when the Narn accused the Centauri to use Babylon 5 as transfer station for weapons of mass destruction. The Centauri demanded the release of some captured transports and send a cruiser to express their wishes. When a Narn cruiser jumped in it came to a fight in which both cruiser were destroyed.

A second cruiser was destroyed during a battle against Babylon 5 and the Narn Cruiser G'Tok. The G'Tok arrived with heavy damage at Babylon 5 and sought for help. Sheridan agreed and offered repair assistance. This time the Centauri demand the hand over of the G'Tok. When the Narn cruiser tried to reach the nearby jumpgate the Centauri opened fire at the G'Tok and at Babylon 5. Sheridan ordered to target the Centauri cruiser and to return fire. The cruiser was destroyed by the Babylon 5 defense grid and by some Starfuries that were assigned to escort the G'Tok.

As mentioned above the cruiser is very well armed. In addition to the normal weapon system this cruiser can be outfitted with a mass driver system. This mass driver can be used for planetary bombing. Mass drivers are proscriptioned by all civilized races but this didn't hold the Centauri back to use these weapons against the Narn Homeworld.

Three versions of this class has been observed: The emperors royal liner (a heavily modified Battlecruiser), the flagship "Valerius" (a luxury version), and the normal Primus Class.
