Prologue
RING.RING.
"Hello?"
"Hey Jess! Still going to the movies tonight?"
"Hey Cas!" says Jessica Smith to her best friend Cassidy Baker.
"Oh my gosh! Cas I totally forgot about going to the movie with you guys im sorry but I have a test tomorrow and I really need to cram for it and to top it off I have tons more choresI need to finish. I'll have to skip this time. Ok?"
"oh ok Jess whatever you say I'll see you tomorrow!"Cassidy said a little disapointed but hoped it didn't show.
"Bye!"
"Bye!" Jessica really did have a test to study for the next day but she really didn't feel like going to the movies she had found a great book in the library the other day and wanted to finish it. She hated telling that white lie to her best friend but Cassidy would have nagged on and on until Jess agreed to come. Jessica Baker is like another 14 year old girl. She loved all kinds of music mainly the boybands, straight A student in school, lived in a safe little neighborhood in the middle of New Jersey, played the flute in her school band. Cassidy and Jessica had been friends since they could remember and didn't share anything from each other until one day Jessica's whole life changed.
