Sounds good, don't it? Well, it is. But I can not guarantee that you will loose any weight. As a matter of fact you will probably gain a pound or two. Then why do I call them "diet" ? Well, it's like this. You don't put any icing on them, but you can if you want too. But then they wouldn't be "diet" would they?
1 - Can
of Pillsbury white bread loaf
some - Cinnamon
some - Sugar
some - Pam anti stick spray (I use the
butter flavored kind)
Here's the way I fix them::
Clean the counter top, then open the can of white bread loaf and spread
it out on the counter top. It comes all rolled up, so just unroll
it right onto the surface of the counter. Then spray it pretty good
with the butter flavored Pam spray and then sprinkle the cinnamon &
sugar on top of that, real good. (be sure to spray it and THEN add the
cinnamon & sugar, or you will make a mess like I did the first time.
You would be surprise how much stuff in the kitchen can get coated with
cinnamon & sugar from the air pressure in a Pam spray can.) Then
just roll the dough back up. Take a small deep baking dish, lightly
spray it also with Pam put the dough in it. Then the directions say
to cut some slits in the top of the loaf, but I like just stabbing it 10
or 12 times instead. The if you like you can spray the top of the
loaf as well and maybe even sprinkle some more cinnamon and sugar on top.
Cover the pan with tin foil and bake as per instructions on side of can.
