Where: Splitpaw
Who: Yiz Pon
What: First, take a note from Yiz Pon to his brother, Hyrill Pon.  And then find 2 ruby eyes to craft a magical item.
How: As soon as you talk to Yiz, a level 16 assassin will appear.  Once you kill the assassin, you will find as loot a Hollow Skull container. Take this container and the note Yiz should have given you to his brother, Hyrill Pon, in West Freeport.  He will then tell you that you must find a ruby eye for each of the two slots in your Hollow Skull container.  The first eye is found on Lyunga, a level 32 spellcaster, in the Innothule Swamp.  The second eye (confirmed as such with Identify) is found on a rare spawn in Paw, a shaman called Kurrpok.  He is even harder than Lyunga and you will need a full party to take him down.  Take his Ruby Pendant and the Ruby Eye found on Lyunga and put them on your Hollow Skull container.  When combined, you will get a Jeweled Skull.
Reward: The Jeweled Skull is a +5 INT, +20 HP, +20 mana, -5 save vs. cold
