Kerra Isle is located right next to Toxxulia Forest, in the Odus continent.  To get there, look for the river that divides both parts of Toxxulia forest.  Once you  find the bridge that connects both parts, start walking right, following the water until you reach a small dock with an NPC named Elial Brook.  A small boat should be there and you can jump on it, right click and sail to Kerra Isle.  If you keep going straight from these dock you will get to Kerra Isle.  The entrance will close very close to shore to your left.

Kerra Isle is home to the Kerrans, a breed of cats that have the nasty habit of ganging up on anyone that decides to attack them.  It is a fairly small area but heavily populated.

Kerra Isle is a pretty dangerous place and one you should visit only with a party of friends.  About 8 Kerran males and females spawn in the area before the bridge.  You should stay in this small part if you are level 7 or so.  Once you attack a Kerran, others will most likely join so make sure you have back up.  Once you hit level 9 or 10, you can safely cross the bridge and start taking out some tougher Kerrans.  The area directly across the bridge has 2 easier Kerrans guarding the entrance to an area heavily populated by Kerran Pridesman and Claw Knights.  You will also need to be in a party to do well here as PMs and CKs hit hard and pulling a train is not a difficult thing to do.  Do not go inside the tunnels below as you will get attacked by a real large number of Kerras.

The last area in Kerra Isle is the docks.  Once you cross the bridge, head left and you will soon see the docks. PMs, CKs, Huntress, and HGs are in large number here.  Do not attempt to fight in the docks until you reach level 16 or so.  I have seen parties of characters above that level get entirely wiped out.  As it is true everywhere in Kerra Isle, you will not be able to attack a single Kerran in the docks.  They will come with their whole family and friends.

The best tactic in Kerra Isle is to have a tank pull some Kerrans to a safer place.  When fighting before crossing the bridge, pull to entrance where you stay very close to a zone if things get out of hand.  If fighting PMs and CKs from the tunnels, the tank should pull to the area where the 2 easier Kerrans stay guarding the ramp that goes down to the tunnel.  As for the docks, well, just pray you have enough HP to run back to the zone if you have to.  No safe tactic that I know of here.

Overall, Kerra Isle is a rough but almost necessary visit for Erudite necromancers.  Erudites are pretty much stuck in Odus until they can reach level 8 and make themselves invisible in order to cross Qeynos.  I can pretty much guarantee you will die here every now and then but once you get a good party, you will really have some fun killing some cats.  An important sidenote is that killing Kerrans will improve faction standing with guards, merchants and NPCs in Erudin.

Things you should know: Kerran High Guards often scout the surrounding of Kerra Isle.  If you see one or hear anyone shouting "HG", it is time to run run run.  HGs will attack you on sight and can kill you pretty fast so zone out as soon as you can.  Also, if you see a party of brave souls going carelessly to dangerous places such as the docks or the tunnels, keep your eyes open because more often than you would like a train is coming your way.  Finally, a short swim away from the docks is a tiny island with several necros dwelling there.  I tried talking to them but never got any answer.  I believe this is only a place where paladins can satiate their necro killing hunger but if anyone has any further information please send me an email.
